I returned a blanket within the allotted time frame for a refund and I never got my refund but instead was told to be patient… well over a month of the company having received the item back (they had to sign for it) and over a month later after contacting the company multiple times. I still have the email!!! Do not trust them… they will not refund your money or even exchange your item!!!
