Great customer communication and quick…
Great customer communication and quick delivery. I placed an order for 1000 pens, Yo Promotions pointed out that I had missed out on a discount that I had previously been offered - and they refunded me the difference. That is great customer service.

Clive from Yo promotions was excellent
Clive from Yo promotions was excellent. He was available at the end of the phone to source a superb product in a short turn around time. I was even able to collect direct from the factory to save costs.

First time but not the last. Great service.
First time used this company and would recommend to everyone. They sent samples of numerous products so that quality could be seen. Mocked up the design, emailed and made the asked for changes. Delivery said to be 2-3 weeks but was actually one week from order being placed. I received email saying despatched early and the day they would arrive. Duly arrived on stated day. Great service and will use this company again
