I have done the 200 hours yoga teacher training with Yoga Nisarga in Thailand 2023. I had already an excellent recommendation from a friend who also certified yoga teacher from Yoga Nisarga 2019. She had a the best experience with them and that's why I chose also Yoga Nisarga.
From the arrival I had a great start as Hari and Jessica picked me and other yoginis from the airport and waiting us with a fresh and cold coconut drink. I had a huge villa room by myself. The classes were various and I have learnt a lot and got loads of benefit to use in my teaching career. We made a a detailed explanation for each poses with Hari what helped a lot to do all the pose proper or even to get to know the modifications. I liked the meditation session with Hari and he made great Ashtanga classes. Hari is a real Yoga Master. Answer your questions wisely and you can learn a lot from him.
It was an amazing session, the sound healing, and a very unique experience. Normally I start my days very rushed but these days in Thailand taught me to start the day calmer, wiser, thankful that was the best part of the day to start with yoga and see the ocean view- still in my nice memories.
As I am a dance teacher I loved the sessions with Jesssica when we did some improv dancing.
She was so positive, kind and responded wisely to our questions. You can learn a lot from Jessica, liked her classes very much.
Another teacher from Yoga Nisarga was a wise Yoga Master, I admired his calmness and I would love to meditate like him.
We had anatomy classes as well which was very useful to refresh as I have learnt before.
The food by Manisha was amazing, nourishing and full filling, my skin was glowing after this food.
Our group had various and different backgrounds, we had a great group to study together and do short trips on the island. I am grateful to meet Yoginis like new friends like Cintia.
I appreciate all the learning process with Yoga Nisarga Master teachers, I could definitely benefit from this 3 weeks, mostly for myself to meditate and being a better teacher in Switzerland. I appreciate this time in my life to be a better person.
Highly recommend Yoga Nisarga as for the retreats or yoga teacher training. In my future plan to do another yoga teacher training in India with Yoga Nisarga

When I planned to take my first yoga course to become a teacher, the only thing I had in mind was to go with no expectations. After a month's course, with total immersion in yoga, receiving all the love and affection from my friends at Yoga Nisarga, I left with the certainty that I was in the right place at the right time. I would like to thank the Nisarga team for everything I experienced and will carry with me for the rest of my life! Namaste!

Best Yoga Teacher Training Center, i attended 21 day training at yoga Nisarga improved me, i am feeling inner realization, i learned new things from Mark and Chaitanya, the Leading teacher who is very down to earth, Food was organic, healthy atmosphere. Great place for yoga beginner in India. Thank you India
