A meditation mat had a small rip in the fabric. They did not recognise this as a problem saying the "see no problem". Delivery took too long in the first place, then their communication was unfriendly. I will not shop here again. In addition to that, the foam used in the meditation mat was extremely cheap and low quality.
Unfortunatly I can not report any friendly things about this shop. After not letting me know, that one of my ordered and payed product is not available, this shop refused to exchange a product to a different sice. I have never had such a unfriendly personal contact to any shop on the internet!!!!
