Poor quality
We bought shirt and shorts for nearly 100 pound he only wore tshirt twice and it's all came undone on sleeve threaded. I raise case as we only had it for a week and came back no not covered won't do anything as it looks like it's been close to velcro. Absolutely shocking I wouldn't mind my partner has ordered him gloves and shin pads for 350 last week if I had known this we wouldn't have give them anymore money. Never again should have read the reviews first and gone somewhere with decent quality especially after paying premium prices , customer service number #241685617

I bought 2 pairs of gloves and shin guards on December 10th 2025 and have only come today 17th of January and only the gloves have arrived and the 8oz gloves I got feel like 8oz kids and the 12oz gloves feel like a 10oz kids horrible service I don’t recommend

3 months No serious updates
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pair of gloves on November 22nd and was told to expect an 8-week wait, but I am now past that timeframe with no clear updates.
Customer service does not respond to emails, which makes the situation even more frustrating—especially considering this was a Black Friday purchase, so a refund is not even an option.
Lack of communication and long delays are unacceptable for a brand of this level. I would not recommend ordering unless you are ready to wait indefinitely without any answers.

I order a pair of gloves on Dec 19, 2025, and it is Jan 14, close to a month already and I have not heard nor received any replies to my 2 email inquires regarding the status of my purchase and or shipping info. The website tells you to check shipping status on SHOP.com, however, the site simply says "waiting on delivery". Is this a lost cause and I'm out $200??? I find it very difficult to shop this brand again.

Yokkao is the best product with the fastest delivery process
Yokkao delivers fast, and makes tracking your package simple and easy. If there’s any questions about products or release dates or anything of the sort, yokkao makes it a point to get back to you fast, and when they do, they are very courteous and helpful. Besides that, yokkao gear is top of the line. I have been doing Thai boxing on and off since I was 14, I am now 29 and yokkao is by far my favorite company for all of my boxing needs.

Return policy sucks
Accidentally bought the same item twice. Return policy rejected my request to give me a refund. Unbelievable. No one wants store credit for stuff that is extremely overpriced. Never ordering from here again.

Quality products but AVOID purchasing from website
I simply cannot recommend shopping at Yokkao, which is a shame because their products themselves are good quality (the only reason this is not a lower score).
I purchased multiple items from the website in November and December 2025. After carefully using their sizing guide to select the correct sizes, I discovered upon delivery that the sizing was completely inaccurate. For example, I am 188cm (6ft 2) and the large shin guards extend past my knee.
I requested an exchange (for a medium) and was then required to submit multiple photos, provide various body measurements, and pay for the return postage as well as the shipping cost for the replacement, despite the fact that I followed their sizing guide exactly. On top of this, I was informed I would also need to pay the price difference because the original item had an automatic discount applied at the time of purchase.
To be clear: it appears Yokkao do not offer refunds. If you want an exchange, you must pay return shipping, pay shipping again for the replacement, and you lose any discount applied to your original order.
To make matters worse, some items I paid to return for exchange are now “no longer available”, and I have been offered store credit instead; again, because they do not provide refunds.
So, after spending hundreds of pounds, I am left with some decent equipment, a t-shirt that is far larger than stated on the website, another that is far too small, and store credit I cannot use for the item I originally wanted.
This is simply terrible customer service.
Importantly, the customer service agents themselves were polite and professional throughout. The issue lies entirely with Yokkao’s store policies, which place all the risk on the customer and, based on the circumstances described above, may not be compliant with UK consumer law.
On a separate note: during this same period, I made a purchase of multiple items from Hayabusa. The majority fit exactly according to their sizing guide; however, one item was quite tight. After contacting their customer service, they immediately offered a full refund. Once I uploaded the return tracking number to their system, the refund was automatically processed without having to wait for the item to be received. This allowed me to place a separate order for a larger size straight away. The customer service representative also ensured free shipping and applied a discount so I did not miss out on my Black Friday offer.
That is customer service done right.

No shipping after 3 weeks, and no contact with customer service…
Bought 2 items 28. nov, and it isn’t even been packed in yet (19. December now). I sent an email and have been waiting for over a week without any answer…. I don’t think it’s a scam, but it’s definitely something wrong with their shipments and customer service…

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. My item has been sat more than 14 days according to the tracking number and has not been delivered. Yokkao has assumed no responsibility, and suggested it's my issue to solve. They suggested I should have taken out shipping insurance, which does not shift delivery responsibility to the customer. Overall a disastrous level of customer service.
It's not hard to see why they have such bad customer ratings. Do not waste your time.
