It is my second move using Yoo Hoo moving company. They have not disappointed me at all! The service is on point, efficient and polite. They also help to make the paperwork smooth. Highly recommend this company!
quoted low, loose packing, you have no choice but pay actual price after they packed. Used prolonged (cheaper) route without telling customer, shipment delayed 2 months than quoted. Use cheap local mover, who refused to unpack, even though my contract with Yoohoo stated unpacking etc. I ended up unpack 200 boxes, and dispose 200 empty boxes myself. Horrible disaster!!!
Pleasant to deal with before the move. Then they moved my things - all of my shipment was opened, items were selectively stolen, damaged (broken, smashed, torn, bent - just about everything possible). I had insurance with Inter Trans Insurance in the US through Yoohoo (they advised the insurance) who subsequently turned out to be cons and have the worst review ratings on every site on the web. My claim was quoted at 1/4 the value and I was offered a measly $49 for all the lost and damaged items. Utterly appalling - don't use this moving company.
