Fantastic site, large pitches, great facilities.
We stayed here recently for a weekend to visit the Xmas markets in York.
What an easy drive and access to the site, followed by a super warm welcome, informative and friendly.
We were given our pitch and off we went, the pitches are HUGE, more than adequate, Super tidy and all with services on the pitch. We were sited opposite what is one of the best dog walking areas we have come across.. a fenced off area including some fenced woodland to let the dogs off lead, and with 2 labradors this was amazing.
The shower block was 15/10! The cleanest, best shower block we've used, you get your own shower room, with its own toilet, shower and sink, with hairdryer and best of all HEATED FLOORS! absolutely amazing on a cold November weekend!
In a nutshell this is a fantastic site and you will not be disappointed with the site and its facilities.

AVOID NOT SYMPATHETIC TO COVID 19 SITUATION
AVOID. Not sympathetic to the Covid 19 situation.
I had a booking to be at this caravan site, deposit paid some months ago.I am in lockdown at the moment and it is Illegal for me to travel. They will not give a refund of the deposit and will not allow the booking to be moved into next year. Laughing all the way to the bank perhaps. I feel they dont deserve to be open long treating people like this, at this time.
