My husband phoned Yorkshire DPF yesterday due to fault errors on my car. Nick turned up on time today and spoke about what he would do. Once the diagnostic check was done nick explained exactly what was wrong with my car and steps to take to fix it. It was pretty cool seeing the dpf cleaner going through. Nick spent a lot of time with my car, although there are a couple of mechanical things still to fix, Nick talked me through what I needed to say to my mechanic to get these fixed. The price was quoted before work began and is what I paid at the end, despite Nick having to spend a little more time on my car than expected. Can't fault this company and thank you Nick. I definitely recommend this company and will use again.

I’d be very careful using these guys. They take 500 of you for a dpf clean then it clogs up again 2 weeks later. Then ask you to visit them in the middle of nowhere for a second chance. Their excuse is go sit on the motorway for 45 minutes a week 😂 they have software that’s prolonging things as it happens every 2 weeks the warning lights coming on. The amount of people going to there unit for a DPF delete was massive all after paying for a clean.

Rang with check engine light on for egr issues and a home appointment made. Nick was polite and professional, and explained every question i had. Suffice to say car is now running smoother and more responsive, and hopefully now a bit more economical.

I recommend these guys gave me a time and was there prompt Dale was superb talking me through everything he did and what was recorded
Went through everything with me explaining what he using and how it works breaking all the particles of soot

My engine management light come on due to the nox sensors. I called Yorkshire DPF centre and they come out and fixed it same day Brilliant service 👍

Dale explained the problem, so I understood.
Definitely would recommend this company.

DPF problem on my Audi and was in limp mode, Yorkshire DPF came the following day and did remapping for the EGR and DPF cleaning service to regenerate this fixed the issue.
On my initial phone call for help I was given reassurance that they were very experienced with the problem and would get me up and running!
Nick also gave me some great advice to be aware of going forward that could minimise DPF issues for not only my car but my girlfriends so thanks again.

Had a DPF problem on my Evoque and was in limp mode so needed urgent help. Nick came to see me at home the following day, did some remapping and sorted my issue. On my initial phone call for help, I was given a clear explanation of what the issue was likely to be and on the day, Nick was understanding of the situation and was reassuring and knowledgeable. A good, friendly bloke. He advised what I should do next and made me more aware of issues that can happen with DPFs. The team (Matthew great on the phone) are very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'd fully recommend Yorkshire DPF Centre to anyone having similar difficulties. Don't approach the main dealer first! Thanks guys. Carl

Thanks to these guys , I got my van back on my road when I needed it. They were fast , efficient, very informative & friendly. Even the AA recommended them to me. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Dale you were a star!

Had a dpf and mapping problem with a nissan qashqai and was considering just getting rid of the car. YDPFC came out (Nicky) and explained the whole process in detail. Dpf cleaned, car remapped and now drives better than it ever has. Can't recommend highly enough. Excellent service!

Car in limp mode. DPF blocked. Company turned up on time and Cleaned the DPF and identified a faulty sensor. Unfortunately I was unable to obtain a new sensor for three weeks and issue returned. When new sensor was fitted, I still had same issue. I contacted the company and arranged to take my vehicle over to their garage. They recalibrated the new sensor and sorted the problem. Unfortunately, the issue returned. Contacted them and visited the company again. Hey carried out further check and identified issue with the diesal vapourisor. Issue now resolved. Good company. Very helpful went above and beyond. The guy I dealt with was spot on. Would use again.

I am really grateful to these guys for their swift, respectful and professional repairs at my home and their garage when a query arose. Great service from these guys, phoned them telling them about my Ford kuga dpf fault code. Booked me in within a couple of days turned up on time, cleaned dpf car has been running fine. Saved me around £800 doing this
