Used other suppliers before tried these out got a one ton bag of eucalyptus which was cheap and very good just had delivered 2 XL bags very clean would definitely recommend and will be using again to stock up on both occasions the delivery driver got the truck where we wanted it even stefan offered what day well done keep it up

On Monday I ordered a log store from Yorkshire logs. Late afternoon they text me and asked if I could take delivery on Tuesday, I replied yes please. It arrived just after lunch, fully assembled, which I was not expecting, absolute result. The driver was brilliant, helped me carry it round, site it and then screwed the roof on for me. He talked me through how it was built and the wood used. Really helpful guy. The log store it's self is a great, sturdy build, no cracked timber and for the price was brilliant value for money.

I have been buying wood from local providers for years. The prices have gone through the roof so had no choice but to shop around. Having the logs come from Yorkshire to Warrington was a big ask but the guy was amazing. He even managed to get it in to my back garden which no one has done before and made every efforts to cover it from the rain. Very impressed.

Probably the best wood we have bought, they even managed to get a bag into my garage to keep it (and me ) dry! Will definitely use them again the wood burns great!

Speedy delivery and great price for kiln dried logs, plus they made the effort to get the tonne bag under my log shelter in the pouring rain, which was very much appreciated. Great service!

It's easy to assume that buying some good quality kiln dried logs is a simple process, however, over the past years of buying them, I've often found it can be a bit of a minefield. Previous such examples being:

1) One log supplier sent me a large bag of ‘green’ ash logs i.e. ash logs that were fell and delivered with zero kiln drying. They simply didn't burn. In the end I had to buy more actually kiln dried logs and put those green logs out to season for a year.

2) Ordering ash hardwood and then finding a load of softwood logs at the bottom of the bags.

Dealing with Yorkshire Logs, however, is a refreshing change. Before I even ordered my logs I was happy to see that they have a modern functional e-commerce website where you can actually make purchases, which is a needle in a haystack when it comes to firewood businesses.

I typically buy 4 x tonne bags of kiln dried Ash logs per order, and so when you try a new supplier it does feel like a bit of a gamble, but I’m really pleased to say that I received 4 tonne bags of pure ash logs, absolutely bone dry, blatantly evident by the flaking bark on the ash logs, and the sound they make when they knock into each other when being handled.

This is exactly what I have been looking for the past 5 years. Communication was excellent both by email and text message, no turning up out of the blue. Essentially, Yorkshire Logs are a modern and outstanding example of how you can supply top quality kiln dried logs, I will certainly be using them for all of my firewood requirements going forward.

I ordered my logs to my work address by mistake and the guy without hesitation drove a 20 mile round trip to drop them off at my house instead. Absolutely brilliant service. The logs are all of a good size and burn really well. Will always use this company now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely brilliant service ordered Friday 2pm delivered 2pm Monday and the logs burn like a dream will definitely be ordering again
