My experience with You.gr was a complete disaster and I urge everyone to ABSOLUTELY AVOID this retailer.

Extreme Delay & Lies: The initial delivery promise was missed. They finally created an invoice on October 14, claiming the product had shipped. I later discovered through the local courier that the item did not arrive in my city until October 23—a 9-day deception in shipping information. They refused to provide a valid tracking number throughout this time.

Broken Product: After over three weeks of total waiting and multiple false updates, the chest of drawers was finally delivered BROKEN.

My experience with them is not very pleasant. First of all, they have errors. Very often their servers go down. And secondly, in terms of payment aspects, you can't see your cards, you can't update your payment methods. They resort to non-transparent methods when increasing prices.

I recommend other similar solutions on the market, because there, the management is not very ethical, transparent, honest.

Never again will buy something from this store.
3 weeks for a refund is standard in this eshop.

Made an order online Friday 13/09/2024.
With additional cost you can have your order on the same day.
After a call at 6.10 afternoon I was informed that my package will arrive on Monday 16/09.
Order cancelled.

They respond very promptly and they get in touch with you imidiatly. I will definitely buy from their store again. 5 stars for their products and customer service.

A great franchise, very servicable!

only bought something once, they gave me fast delivery, their price-list is quite good, but their after sales is one of the worst. one of the items i did not work and they had taken no action to solve my problem
