There is a reason you can't leave comments on their website because they'd have to take every comment down. Read the comments. Would also give zero stars based on experience. Ordered 4 dresses. 2 came, completely see-thru and very cheap/thin material. I had to reach out to inquire about other 2 dresses since I got an email saying I received my full order but only got 2/4 dresses. They responded and said that one is backstocked and will take another 4-8 weeks...definitely something they should have said on the website or emailed about. I told them cancel that one, and they instantly refunded me. I have sent 6 emails (1 email a day, asking how to return the 2 that are hardly dresses- the only response I got was "be pacient, try it on a gain, you like it we promis" like no way to deal with customers. SCAM indeed.

If there’s a ZERO star review I would pick it. Do NOT purchase from this website it’s a Complete scam. Dresses are so cheap and see through and they wouldn’t return any of them saying they don’t do returns or refund despite their return policy online that says if your unsatisfied or the color is not true to an image they would refund you. I spent $124 and the dresses aren’t worth a penny.

I have sent over 17 emails back and forth with them and all they did was offer me $5 and to keep the dresses or donate them to charity. Each email was sent by a different person.

Horrible-DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. The quality on the clothes are really bad. Not like anything in the pictures at their website. They wont give you your money back, they are just offering you a $6 return which is not a good deal. In short- do not order anything from this store!

Do not purchase from Youinchic! They do not run their business honestly. They are not customer oriented and if you are unhappy with the fit or quality of your item for any reason, you can forget being able to return it or seeing your money back.
They have the most ridiculous return policy I've every encountered. Other reviews cite almost word for word what my e-mail exchanges with them were like. They only making return shipping to their warehouse in China an option. They then state that it will take a month for it to arrive and then another month for your money to be refunded, "so it will be faster and easier" to just accept the $6 reimbursement they have haggled over with you.
Just keep walking past anything that might catch your eye at Youinchic. It won't be what you see in the pictures, and you won't be able to get your money back once you've made a disappointing purchase.

Literally the WORST online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Clothes look cute online.. then you spend $90 only to receive a 1/3 items you purchased. Unprofessional, ill equipped, and a complete joke. So mad that I didn’t read the reviews prior to who the he’ll are these people?! Get a real job and stop scamming good people.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I purchased three dresses and paid for express shipping. I will say that I had NO IDEA this was a shady shop. I honestly thought it was just a normal boutique online until I got my confirmation email and it was littered with poor English and grammar. Received no notice after almost three weeks regarding the status of my order, I had to reach out to them. They then claimed one of the items was on backorder and they would ship the other two and cancel my last item. I'm sorry? Just cancel it? Way to be assumptive. Then mysteriously all three items shipped and then took way too long to get to me. Upon receipt of the items I found that all three of the dresses sizes were completely incomparable. The slip linings under two of the dresses barely covered my butt. I figured I'll just cut those out and replace with a regular slip. But my last item was TERRIBLE. THERE WAS NO LINING IN THE ENTIRE DRESS. IT WAS COMPLETELY SEE THROUGH. Not to mention, I was absolutely SWIMMING in this dress. I emailed the company immediately to request a refund for this dress being that I could not wear it even if I put a slip under it. It looked NOTHING like the image online. The first email I got back basically said "we're sorry. we'll give you $3". I wrote back and told them NO. I sent in pictures and this person had the nerve to tell me that I "looked nice"??? I said that I paid over $30 for the dress and being that I'll have to throw it away I'd like at least $20 back. Then no surprise, no response. I send a follow up. Then I get offered $6. I told them this would ABSOLUTELY not be acceptable and again requested $20. Now I've gotten another email back from them stating all these issues with sending the dress back to them and they can't guarantee a refund if I shipped it back "because it could get dirty, or lost". Seriously? I told them I have no interest in returning this item and this is a terrible way to conduct their business. And again, am asking for my $20. I figured if anything was to come of this it was going to be a very honest review of their terrible business practices since at this point I can almost guarantee I won't get more than $6 out of them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - SAME AS THE OTHERS LISTED - POOR QUALITY REFUSAL TO ACCEPT RETURN. DISGUSTED.

Scammers! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! And those scammers have a several brand names and websites selling the same dresses and clothes!!!! Be AWARE! Once you order the item, it is impossible to return it, and you will lost all of your money for the shipment to China even though they say that they also have a factory in the USA. This is just ridiculous. Materials are cheap, see through, and for 30$ you can get a great dress in Dillards. Also, they delete all bad comments on Facebook. Again, DO NOT ORDER, even if you catch yourself liking those clothes.

DO NOT BUY FROM YOUINCHIC. They offered me a $5 refund because the color of the dress is completely different to the one thy showed on their website - wha a joke! Do not bother with this brand - so unprofessional - false advertising.

I received my order, after several weeks, only to find the stitching was poor and coming unraveled in several places along the neckline. When I tried to request a refund the company tried to bargain with me to accept $5 (for a $32 dress) rather than returning it for a full refund. When I refused they offered $7, still not providing me with the address I need to return the item and get the full refund that their return policy states I should get. Very sketchy. Not helpful. I still have not received any refund.

Received 1 of 3 dresses. Never received the other two. The quality of the dress was cheap at best.
(Update) I managed to contact company through messenger. They responded immediately and gave a full refund for two dresses that were apparently on back order. Based on experience with customer service, I would try this company again.

I’m only giving 1 star so I can file my review! I placed an order ( took a month to receive) and the package was ripped open and had to go to the post office because they refused to deliver ripped. I ordered 2 dresses in size medium. I’m a size 8. One dress neckline wouldn’t lay flat and the other dress can’t even go over my chest! Quality is cheap and poorly made. I’ve sent numerous inquiries of how to send back to utter nonsense back. I’m not only reporting them to the Better Business Bureau but both California Attorney General and the Federal Attorney General. I’m assuming the stuff is coming out if China and quantity is horrible.
BUYER BEWARE.
I should have known better, the place is a total scam. The emails that I get back have horrible spelling, grammer and punctuation.

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I wish I read the other reviews because I have had the same experience. The quality was beyond terrible. See through and itchy and definitely not as pictured. I have also been trying to return these items for over a month. After emailing multiple people I am still dealing with this. They asked me to take multiple pictures and show measurements with a measuring tape?? Bizarre and the worst customer service I have had. They refuse to give me the return address and even suggested that because the shipping to China would cost $35 that i just keep the items. Ha! I also tried to cancel two of the items that weren't even shipped out yet and they sent me some email saying it would be credited but it never happened. I can't believe I fell for this sketchy fraudulent operation they have going on. I am throwing the items in the garbage and out $157. If I don't get a return in another week I am filing complaints to the BBB and other scam tracking operations. This website needs to be shut down. ZERO STARS

If I could give 0 stars I would! The clothes from this store are not as described, horrible quality and many items were damaged! I have been trying to return the items for over 6 weeks now and the seller refuses to give me the return shipping address or a refund instead suggesting I gift the items to a friend or charity - I wouldn’t give these clothes to a naked homeless person, they’re CRAP! Utterly disgusted with the service (or lack there of) of this store and the quality of the items purchased! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I placed an order online. It did not arrive. Raised a complaint with PayPal and denied my claim as they said it was delivered. Do not buy from here they will take your money and not supply you with what you bought.
