Brilliant & helpful staff, while buying my first property i spoke with steve/Jessica both had excellent communication skills kept me up to date very professionally from start to finish of my purchase, i have recommended your move to my friends & family

Sold our flat through YourMove and overall really happy with the service. Estate Agents, generally, can have a bad rep so we were a little dubious, but Tom was our first point of contact at the Dartford branch and was so friendly, down to earth and very complimentary of our home. Tom was receptive of our feedback when it came to how we wanted to market our property, from the photos we wanted to capture, right down to price.
Also want to give a shout out to Steve, the branch manager and Anita who is Dartford’s powerhouse 💪🏼, keeping on top of proceedings and relentlessly chasing solicitors and the other parties to get it over the line.
Knocking off one star as other agents often give their clients a gift on completion - whether it be a card, box of chocolates or a bottle of fizz - to congratulate which I personally think is a nice touch after 5 months of negotiations, a fairly substantial fee and an estate agency of Your Move’s size and stature (plus, we completed on my birthday!)
All that aside, I would recommend Your Move and would use their services again if ever I stomach the energy and grit to go through the selling process again!
