Losing confidence in the conveyancing process
I need to change my mind about the auction company’s conveyancing team . They are so difficult to speak to apart from the receptionist who is very helpful if you can get through.
They sent me ID documents at 2am on a Saturday which needed a code to access the documents but only aware that you had to phone them but not available until Monday 9 am
It’s also taken them nearly 2 weeks to question if some important documents had been sent. Still awaiting a response after replying 5 days ago.
Losing a lot of confidence with this side of the proceedings.
So far so good.
Very approachable and professional.
We chose to use their auction site and was quite involved initially but we were led through the process and a sale has been agreed but yet to complete.
