Bright Estate Agents in Manchester-absolutely awful agent! We viewed a property and the agent forgot about the viewing despite having spoken directly to him and him sending me a confirmation email several days before. The agent then arrived and had the wrong code to access the building-luckily someone living in the building granted us entry. The agent then kept asking if I was ok in a very patronising way and I simply said I was cold and wet as we had been waiting in awful weather. He didn’t apologise for making us wait but said ‘these things happen’-totally unprofessional! We arrived at the flat to view it and the vendor was asleep and had no idea we were attending! She was kind enough to let us do the viewing. The agent was very rude and abrupt to us and after the viewing just walked off to his car-usually agents ask if you need to know anything else or at least say thanks! To top it off as he drove off he gave us the finger! Being an agent myself his conduct was disgusting-fine you forget an appointment but apologise. (I realise this is one particular individual and not the entire company but he represented them)
