Kalem was a very nice gentleman he explained everything to me and was very helpful

I had a chat with a lovely gentleman by the name of Julian Goddar, who was very helpful and polite he explained the policy to me in great details. His customer service skills is excellent. Samantha gave me a better policy for not much more money. She was very nice person. And its so much better talking to a human being

I was cold called by Your Choice who said they were calling from legal and general and persuaded me to review my policy. When I called legal and general the following day with queries I realised what had happened and they have now been reported! Extremely worrying practice .

I spoke to a Mr David D Jones on the telephone and he made everything sound simple.nothing was to much trouble.

I found Sam clear and understanding of the information I needed to know about my policy.
Sam was polite, and friendly .
