Our case manager was Nicola Sands and she made the process easy for us, despite us having to get the mortgage re-offered a couple of times. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently. I found the website fairly quick and easy to use to be able to keep up to date on whereabouts in the process we were.

I would like to share very positive feedback regarding my experience with Your Conveyancer and mainly Alan and his team.
From start to finish, the team were consistently helpful, professional, and highly knowledgeable. My most recent transaction was the discharge of a standard security on completion of a mortgage repayment. Karen Murdoch completed the process in the space of one week and we are now in receipt of the digital copy of the title deeds.

Really positive experience. I went through a remortgage which turned out to be more complicated and took longer than expected. Callum and his team were always supportive and answered any queries I had, and did their upmost to move things forward and reassure me.

Unbeknown to us, our original conveyancing solicitor was closed down by the SRA last year, at a point when Land Registry had not completed our Deed transfer due to several unanswered queries.
