While I didn’t engage Your Conveyancer directly, they were appointed by my new lender as part of my remortgage process.

I was assigned a case manager who responded to my questions within hours—sometimes even minutes. He was always polite, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Remortgaging can be a complicated and sometimes stressful transaction, but the support I received helped reduce much of the anxiety. The whole process felt well managed and straightforward from start to finish.

I hope that the next time I need to change my mortgage deal, Your Conveyancer are appointed again. It was a great service that made a complex process feel simple and easy.

I handled my remortgage with Your Conveyancer. It was a very straightforward process. Their online portal clearly laid out all the steps and I received regular milestone emails throughout the process which alerted me to any outstanding items I needed to take care of. Most of the process was handled online in a streamlined way. But, when I did need clarification on something, I was able to phone the team and they were happy to help with simple and useful explanations of the process. I would thoroughly recommend.

I was recommended by L&C Mortgages to use these guys but these lot so expensive charged me almost £3500 just for the fees, I did ask them the questions but totally been ingored. Please check the prices before you use them.

L&C said different prices and these guys said different prices.

Avoid at all costs.

Really easy to follow conveyancing process using this company, they were acting on behalf of Leeds Building Society and made the process slick and gave confidence all the steps were being worked in the background, with guidance and clear instructions for the steps we needed to do ourselves and information we needed to provide directly. Very happy and completion happened on date we expected/wanted (I know this isn't always the case with other lenders in the past). Our case manager was excellent and would certainly recommend her and the business as a whole. Thank you.
