Communication, Tracking and Quality of product
There was constant communication regarding my order. Also, tracking updates were given. The quality of the saree was very good. The pics online didn't do it justice. From start to finish, my order took a week to place and receive. Will definitely order again.

Shipping cost
They are quick at replies if needed. The shipping was quick however I didn’t appreciate the big fee plus they don’t say that there is another custom amount that is separate from the initial payment. My dress ended up costing 3x the price because of the fees. I won’t be ordering again. They also ghosted me when I ask why they didn’t include a note for this.

We actually have no control on it. It is being asked by them and also, goes to them only ! We are not taking any single money extra at all.
As we explained at that time, we cannot predict if a shipment will be charged or not OR how much will be the exact amount, so telling this individually is not possible but we have already mentioned all the details on our website with a great transparency.

Low quality and no return possible!
I ordered to Germany (Frankfurt) for an Indian Wedding. Clothes were low quality and 70% with wrong sizes even though we had a look at the measurement details. I returned some clothes but never got my money back. Somehow its a scam… Never order there again!

We checked the details we found that we never refused to accept the return! In fact, we never received anything back! We had also asked you to share the details of the return shipment but we never got it either!
It is important to note that we approved the return of your order as an exception because according to the return policy on our website, a return is not possible when the products are correct as per the order, unless they are un-stitched. We responded to all your email right within 24 hours time frame and provided the best support possible.
We always try to provide the best possible support to all our customers but sometimes it remains beyond control if the customer does not respond OR does not provide the details we request for and we appreciate your understanding regarding the same.

Super efficient and professional
Have been buying from this site for ages but I recently thought about buying a couple of outfits very last minute for a wedding. Only 2.5 weeks to go. I contacted them and said do you think I could get the 2 outfits by this date and they said yes with express delivery. The efficiency was next level, they would email and whatsapp with any questions with the stitching/tailoring allowing me to go back to them immediately so there was no delay. Not joking but the items came a week before...wow...if i needed any adjustment in the UK I had time for that too. Love my 2 lenghas x

We have ordered several dresses from here!
We have ordered several dresses from Yourdesignerwear and been happy every time. Dresses fit perfectly when they are custom sized: the company even sent me Whatsapp messages when they wanted to be sure about some measures and made some extra pieces to my skirt so that it would be tall enough (I’m a tall woman). Quality is very good and when you pay extra for the delivery it comes super fast from India to Europe!
