I recently placed an order for £363 (including £13 delivery), and upon arrival I was asked to pay an additional €91 in taxes. While I was informed that orders above €150 are subject to taxes, I was not aware the amount would be so high.

This was a significant extra expense on top of the original order, and I believe it would be very helpful if your website could provide at least an estimate of the applicable taxes and duties at checkout. This would allow customers to make more informed decisions before purchasing, and avoid surprises upon delivery.

This was an overseas order, and the DPD parcel tracking wasn’t very clear. After reaching out to Yourhealthbasket’s customer service, they responded promptly and followed up with DPD. Excellent service and customer experience!

Your service is excellent. I was particularly impressed with Liam's understanding, patience, and solution-oriented approach. However, you should let people know if your products are in stock. I had trouble with delivery times. I placed an order without knowing if the products were in stock, so I had to wait. I even had to cancel some orders.

I paid a lot of money for Visbiome probiotics and extra for speedy delivery as it needs to be kept cold. But the package wasn't properly insulated. You only put two tiny ice cushions inside which were warm by the time it reached me. Its summer and its been hot. It should have been sent in an insulated box or bag with more ice. As a result the pot was really warm too. I was so annoyed as its cost a lot of money (£110) and it wouldn't have taken a lot to pack it more effectively. I regularly buy cold food online which is packaged far better and the shipping is a lot lower. I did email and complain and had an email back to tell me the product shouldn't be affected but I didn't really want to take that chance. These probiotics were required for a potentially life-saving situation and I didn't want to risk any degradation of the product just because the seller wanted to save a few pence on packaging.

Everything arrived fast and as expected. Great experience! Excellent service overall — I will definitely order again!
