Whilst I appreciate the quick ordering of your products,
I do miss the lack of any confirmation of my order or any confirmation of the invoice on line.
The only information (that I guessed was from you, was a confirmation from Detoxpeople on line. However they did not say where the delivery was coming from or what the goods were or the company were. And this is not the first time this has happened !

I was very happy with the products I ordered from YourHealthBasket — everything was well packaged, and the pricing was quite reasonable compared to other suppliers. However, my experience was let down by two key issues.
Firstly, one of the items I ordered turned out to be on back order, even though it wasn’t marked as out of stock at the time of purchase. This delayed my entire order by 10 days, which was frustrating. The back order policy was not clearly communicated, and I only found out about the delay after following up myself.
Secondly, the delivery process was disappointing. The courier took quite a long time to deliver, and YourHealthBasket’s customer service couldn’t provide proper tracking details, which left me in the dark during the wait.
Overall, a mixed experience. I’d be happy to order again because the products are good — but I’d appreciate clearer stock information and more reliable delivery support.

Customer confirmed that the delivery was received the next day after ordering, this review was not intended for us
No import permit and appalling customer service
The Co does not have import permit from malaysian customs but yet allowed customer to purchase to be shipped to Malaysia. 3 weeks have passed and customer has asked for the products to be sent to another address in UK immediately but customer support insists on waiting for the goods to be returned. I can only receive the goods in UK if it arrive by June 4th otherwise i will need a full refund.

Sadly, this particular order was rejected by Malaysian customs. Customer requested a resend within the UK which was promptly actioned to avoid any further delays.
