Supplied me with a foreign market PC that clearly wasn't intended for our market, significantly lower spec than advertised and which certainly wasn't new; the box had been opened and a crude attempt to conceal this with unofficial branded tape of a kind not found on genuine packaging couldn't have been less convincing. Inside the box, the seals on bagged components were ripped apart and the serial number revealed the warranty had been activated several years ago. Stock like this should ring alarm bells and I would be highly suspicious of their supplier.

The Sony product (replacement ear bud for in ear headphones) is genuine and happy with such, however ………

£30 for only one rubber bud, is absolutely ridiculous, there’s two required and at that price you would expect a set to be provided. Next time it’ll be no genuine and a set of 8 for less than £10.

Item took over 5 weeks to arrive so it obviously wasn't in stock. I wouldn't have placed the order if I had known and I am reluctant to place more orders due to this. Requests for an update on delivery via the message service went unanswered. One star for actual delivering the correct item eventually.

The Mini port female to hdmi cable didn't work. Couldn't get my thunderbolt working with my Lenovo ThinkPad.

I had the fortune to speak to Tonya at Your IT Delivered who said she was going to query a problem up the chain to see if they could get my part any quicker than the estimated 4 weeks! She'd then get back to me. Unfortunately despite waiting a few days she didn't. HOWEVER I then tried calling them again (no answer) but the website now said I could get my part in 3 - 5 working days and that it was in stock. So despite not being able to speak to them, I decided to just order it on the website as I would have originally done. My part instead of coming in 3 - 5 working days arrived in 1 working day!

So over all many thanks and many thanks to Tonya for seeming to care, and I suspect her actions led to the part getting in to stock. Massive props for the quick delivery. However I have normalise the rating because no one got back to me or answer the phone when I tried calling back.

Delivery was great . However the after sales response is a little slow . Wrong part shipped and have now requested a return and replacement twice with no reply .

They are lovely, well worth it very impressed very comfortable when they’re on your head and the sound comes through very good

Good order status communication to begin with however delivery timescale was much longer than was reasonable without an update, over 2 weeks!

Ordered a pair of replacement foam ear tips for my Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds, price was incredibly high and only one ear tip arrived, which was also damaged.
