Fantastic service from Carlo and his team, from start to finish. Very attentive and on the ball. Knew exactly the status of our chain. Proactive and supportive. Would absolutely recommend.

Definitely a 5 Star service. We were totally disillusioned by other agents and Carlo was like a breath of fresh air. We felt he understood us and the market so well. Over a year on the market with other agents, Carlo came in and within 10 days had 2 offers and we are sold STC. Very responsive to messages or calls even on a Sunday! We would not hesitate to recommend Your Key Move.

Carlo was extremely professional from the first meeting and through the whole process. He was realistic in explaining the market and his recommendations for selling the property. This resulted in a quick sale with 2 good offers. I believe this was due to the fact that Carlo did all the viewings personally, he was extremely knowledgable on the neighbouring area and also took the time to learn all the details about my property. Pre-advertising advice, advertising (photos, wording and pricing), all excellent. No tie-ins, so leave anytime you are unhappy - which shows their confidence in their service. And they always get back to you quickly when you call with a question or concern. They thoroughly check the chain behind any offer and advise on risk of acceptance. We have used two other estate agents in the area (Folkestone) before, and there was no comparison in any of the above.

Estate agents generally tend to have a very poor reputation. That’s because they don’t match up to the excellent service provided by Your Key Move. Carlo is tirelessly proactive when it comes to selling your property. He keeps you constantly informed of all developments. Having struggled to sell my property for over a year with other Estate Agents, it was refreshing to have so many viewings which culminated in Carlo finding me a buyer!

Your key move attended my property only a week ago and knew the best way to market its key points to best appeal to buyers. They price fairly and use new methods of photography, in my case using a drone to show the sea views from the balconies. They have real expertise in getting the deal done - Sold in less than 3 days.
