The laptop was as specified (but a nasty turn of events).
The laptop was as specified in an unopened original packaging and arrived on time and works as intended.
In their ebay ad it stated it was sold with a 3 year warranty 'RTB'. I mistook this to mean the warranty was with the manufacturer but and found when I tried to register it with Lenovo there was non available, as it had been manufatured in 2023, - a bit of a shock to me. Whereas it was with the seller as I was rapidly informed by them.
The seller, yourlaptop, said if it had been with Lenovo, the manufacturer, it would have said RTL, how was I to know? And the seller said I should have contacted them to find out!
When I left my ebay Feedback I left a Neutral one, stating why, but accepted there was a 3 year warranty included, at that time, but not with Lenovo. The seller said they would have returned to Lenovo for any repairs.
Since then I have been hounded to revise my initial Feedback upwards, which I have not achieved and so yourlaptop have withdrawn all warranty! Even though part of the sales promotion was for a 3 year warranty included and part of a legally binding contract.
Also I have received Whatsapp messages including an accusation I had lied!! To be honest I would find it difficult to return it to them now. I have also blocked their Whatsapp contact to me.
Unless you are convinced that you have or will not have any issues with yourlaptop I have learned my lesson and I wouldn't buy from them again.
I am telling the truth here, no lies and no exagerations. But I am sure I will be hearing from yourlatop!
