Absolutely shocking company how you could put me through what I went through is beyond believe accident December 2020 emailed 18th March 2022 to be told she believed the taxi drivers witness he plucked out the sky unbelievable stay clear folks they are rip off merchants

BUNCH OF AMATUERS , THE OTHER SIDE MADE A SILLY OFFER TO WHICH I SAID NO ,THE DYPSY GIRL ON THE PHONE SAID OK YOUR NOT TAKING THE OFFER THATS FINE THEN CAME BACK AND SAID IT WOULD COST THEM TOO MUCH TO TAKE IT TO COURT AND I HAD TO TAKE THE OFFER ? TO WHICH I SAID NO, WHEN I TOLD HER YOU SHOULD NEVER TAKE FIRST OFFER SHE SAID OWW I WILL RING YOU BACK,, HAVENT GOT A CLUE I HAD TO TELL THEM WHAT TO DO FOR THE LAST YEAR ,ANYWAY I TOLD HER I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH A LOCAL SOLICTER TO TAKE OVER THE CASE, WHEN I ASKED HOW MUCH THEY HAD OCCURED IN EXPENSES SHE BLAGGED AWAY , I TOLD HER YOU WONT GET A PENNY FOR YOUR TIME AS YOU DIDNT DO ANYTING ONLY FAIL

I got my first offer before I had even finished my physio which was less than half of what I thought I would get , then got another one which was an extra couple of hundred more, now I'm getting advised to take it as going to court would cost ME money ....Not what I would call a no win no fee.

Stay away. Not reliable. Takes years.

UNBELIEVABLE.great people great team great attitude.i am very lucky I bumped into these people would always recommend and take my buisness.2 them without out thinking twice.

My initial enquiry was dealt with in my opinion both professionally and respectfully. Although I was calling from hospital on the avice of a friend who had been through similar. Never was I made to feel inadequate even though I was ill prepared for the many questions needed to be asked. Whatever the outcome I'm glad I made the call.

They worked tirelessly even though I was slow getting back to them at times.

had to constantly chase them, high staff turnover meant people you spoke to didn't haven't clue! I had 3 or 4 different people deal with my claim and I had to constantly chase the company.
I was advised to accept my offer but when challenged they couldn't argue and agreed with me - resulted in £1000 extra! don't use Camps :-) or if you do then challenge them!! xx

Fantastic service and very professional, you get a point of contact which mean your not passed from pillar to post, the staff are polite and very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them.
