I'm very satisfied with the illustrations on the mug, the communication was also very smooth.
I "only" rated 4 out of 5 stars as I got the surprise to receive 10€ custom fees upon delivery which I didn't expect considering the price of the product. I would recommend to add an estimation of the EU custom fees on the product page.

My only comment would be take the time, as advised, to scrutinise your artwork and compare it closely with your photos as the artists are brilliant and getting the likeness.

I did send a photo of my previous artwork (8 cars) and wanted a matching fame/style which it was but neither of us checked the size of the frame so they don’t match which was disappointing.

Saw their ad in Classic and Sportscar mag. Thought it would be nice to have a record of the cars I've owned in my half century of driving. Accessing the website and specifying my artwork (19 cars) was no problem. The illustrations are all good - only a couple of colours were not quite right but soon corrected after I gave my feedback re the first proof. The 2nd (corrected) proof was spot-on and now hangs proudly on my wall. The picture is well made and framed and was well protected for shipment. The whole process was painless although a bit more expensive than I originally anticipated - but pricing is clear on the website. I am glad I decided to go ahead - the finished product looks good and has received many admiring comments. I am well pleased.
