Don't lose your time buying at this store.
I bought a mac book on April 14th, with an estimate delivery date between 3 to 5 days. After 8 days, I contacted their customer service, and they couldn't commit to any date or when they would get in contact with me to provide an estimate date of delivery.
I requested a refund then and cancelation of my order but the customer service was always vague on the chat. Always saying, "a colleague will process that" and never committing to a date. I called them and I got the same vague answers, but at least it worked. They proceeded the refund after the call.
So, if you're having the same issue, ask for a refund and it is processed reasonably fast.
