I had a wonderful experience with yumm. Upon entry I was made to feel extremely welcome,everyone had friendly & good vibes. As a very anxious person this was important for me to feel at ease. Which was fulfilled by the lovely service & good energy amongst the place itself. During the shoot,the photographer broke everything down to me & within seconds I was on a roll! Id like to thank yumm for this opportunity & a great confidence boost which I will be recommending to friends & family🥰

SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had an appointment and had the interview process, they showed me 5 packages going up to £1000. They tried to make me get the £800 one, but on the website they claim its only a £99 deposit fee, so this is new information. They claimed the lower prices are useless (so what's the point of it??). They kept pressuring me and trying to make me rapidly choose, no real agency does this, this is manipulative tactics scammers use. The interview was extremely unprofessional the questions made no sense and was passive aggresive responses. When I said no, they said they'll just throw my pictures in the trash and I can't ever come back. They hurriedly left and rushed to get me out. There are young girls working there as staff but I don't even know what they do. No one else was in the building. It all looked extremely dodgy. I spoke to people who are signed to this agency they said they received 0 work and in the contract it claims you need 12 jobs to get your refund back,, so it's basically impossible. They ignored my emails calls and texts a few hours after my appointment. Doing a refundable deposit only allows them to take advantage of you and its a common scam. Please avoid this place don't fall for the fake reviews, do not ever pay money for any agency. Real agencies make money as soon as you get work

The free model shoot was fun, the staff were nice, the process was streamlined

I would like to thank YUMM for this amazing photoshoot. This was my first time attending a model photography session and I didn’t expect it to turn out to be so good. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly because of which I felt so confident throughout the photoshoot. Overall speaking, the whole experience was a fabulous masterclass for me and I would definitely recommend YUMM to anyone (beginner or professional).

had a wonderful encounter at the YUMM Studio! As soon as I arrived, a service member gave me a warm welcome and guided me to the seating area. Everything that followed was easy, from having my photos shot by a professional photographer to the interview, which was funny and insightful, to practicing on the catwalk. Given that it was my very first time, I would like to thank YUMM for making me feel so at ease during the entire experience.

Really impressed by how I was treated at the agency, I was well looked after and made felt very comfortable, especially during the shoot. 100% non-judgemental & extremely professional. Highly Recommended.

I had a really amazing experiencing with YUMM! Everyone was super nice and friendly to me from the moment I entered the door. I was very well treated and taken care off. The team were really wonderful. I had so much fun on the shoot. The photographer was absolutely phenomenal, she knew exactly what she was doing and was super creative and friendly. I loved every minute of the experience and I think I gained a lot of confidence from it.

I Went there in the your model management agency and they helped me alot, they are very kind and trustful, jacob is very nice gentleman he is so helpful and gave me advice about an big trouble with other scam studio and so it was a bit of relief, thank you very much, i have made an trustful contract with them they did not put me on pressure, they made me taking the time and make my decision to continue with them, and they gave me another photo shoot to do it very soon to complete my portfolio, thank you for everything.

Questions that need to be raised prior to anything

Why is an agency charging me money to work for them. this should not happen.

Why is this company registered on Companies house June 2022 being less than a year old however, has a website advertising models back to 2019

Why is YUMM registered as a management consultancy, not a modeling agency

What is the Models Advice Bureau Ltd company got to do with YUMM

Why is there no modeling or posts on the website after 2019

As head of a modeling agency why is the bosses IG private.

The staff members were really friendly and I felt comfortable.

The staff were lovely and professional on my shoot. I felt supported and comfortable despite being new to modelling.
Everything was also very efficient and I felt I learned a lot form the whole experience.

I would like to thank YUMM for the opportunity given to me to begin my modeling career. It was a fun experience and the members of staff were really friendly & helpful. The shoot was exciting as well & I also gained new insights on how to be in front of the camera. Looking forward to more

I had an amazing experience with YUMM, he is really professional and made me feel really welcomed. The place was immaculate. YUMM gave me the freedom to do my own thing but also gave me a few pointers which I found very helpful which made my photos come out really well!

I would stay away from this company!

They are nothing but bunch of scammers. You will be sold the dream and then you will be stung. You get told how great you are and offered different boards you can sign up to. I paid expensive price and I have nothing to show for it. I was promised personal booking agent who should be actively looking for jobs for you and that didn’t happen either and when you ask for your so called refundable deposit back they ignore you ..! It’s disgusting they take advantage of vulnerable people..please do yourself a favour STAY AWAY..! These positive reviews has been brought by offering incentives honestly this company if shocking and joke..! STAY AWAY DO NOT PAY !

Update: my review has been flagged by them and they have sent me an e-mail today 27/01/2023 after me sending them continuous e-mails regarding no communication and finding middle grounds. Stating something was communicated to me to an e-mail address I had already made them aware where I do not receive the emails from their company, there for providing them with another e-mail address. This was communicated to them beginning of my contract with them. I have taken responsibility for not attending training due circumstances that were out of my control however in regards to their you have to apply for jobs I have challenged as I had personal booker for that reason it is what and why I had the personal booker. It’s what I paid for.

UPDATE 14/2/23 - once again emails have been left unanswered by them. Legal actions it is. DO NOT GET INVOLVED

I was extremely nervous before I arrived but soon as I came in I was greeted by a member of staff. They were calm and settling and allowed me to relax as they explain what to expect. When I did the shoot the lady was very kind, she was very helpful and allowed me to settle into my comfort zone as the photos were being taken. She was chatty and curious so the atmosphere felt just right.
