Joe is fantastic!!. Very quick responses, very detailed, cannot do enough to help you. Breaks it down in an easy manner to understand. Also doesn't try to bend rules that could potentially come back to bite you at a later date which I like. Very honest and to the point.

we had a previous company we used (large named company) who would get back to you in 2 weeks if you were lucky, sidekick are nothing like this they get back to you very very quickly most of the time the same hour let alone the same day and sort all of the issues you have out there and then.

The team really takes care of you and you feel like nothing is to much hard work for them.

Great recommendation

It's almost 11 months to the day since I decided to set up my own business. So it's dragged a bit - it's the 2020 way - but literally from day one when I had a phone call with Becci (about the sorts of things I needed to think about to make sure I was making a sensible step) I have had superb support.
