Ordered tree for wee one in November,received email confirmation of order and no further emails of despatch...this is for a child at Christmas,how can you do this? Wee one still impatiently waiting on it...appalling service..

I have ordered from here on November 19th 2022.. and I have emailed them twice and still no word from them. I will never order from them again. Very bad business..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

I placed an order August of 2021 and 5 months later, still nothing received. I thought I was making a purchase from a business in the UK, but it appears it was a Chinese entity based on the tracking info. It still says the package is "in transit". At first I was willing to give them the benefit of a doubt based on Covid-19 delays on shipments, and then for all the delays caused by not enough truckers to clear out all the shipping containers sitting on ships at port. But since they are not responding to emails, I am contacting my credit card company to reverse charges based on "product not received".

Don't order from this site. Still waiting for a delivery from 3 weeks ago and despite emailing them twice, they have not responded at all.

Don't order from this site. I have been emailing them for over a month about my product that did not arrive and they still will not give me a refund. They have told me they can give me 20% refund and give me the full the refund when the product is returned to them. Worse site.
