Poor quality item. Ordered a personalised photo keyring and the photo quality is terrible. I find it difficult to believe how there can be over 18,000 positive, legitimate reviews of this product.

This was my first time using YourSurprise and I was really disappointed .
I have ordered personalised leather purse and received it with engraving at the flap upside down ! Order number 25007116
It's impossible to get in touch with the customer support when you search on the website. Customer service phone not available. Only answering machine . Also when contacted by email no answer. This is completely unacceptable way to deal with customers.
The pleasure of the purchase has now gone and I just want the money refunded and the totally unsuitable goods collected.
No one has responded to my emails and calls and it looks like I am in the same situation as the other reviewers .
For the outrageous prices they charge, you deserve better service and less damaged goods than I received. I will not be using them again. Do yourself a favour: avoid this shower and shop elsewhere.

Surprised to receive a plastic plate?!
Having Googled ‘custom ceramic plates’ , yoursurprise.co.uk appeared and I read some reviews and placed an order. The plate came today, and it’s PLASTIC!!? (Only by looking into the product specifications does it tell me it’s a plastic plate). I hate and didn’t want to order a plastic plate for £20. This is an example of the aggressive marketing of Google, allowing non relevant companies to appear first, and miss sell you something. Thanks nobody! It’s going in the bin!

My 23 dollar item ended up costing 59 dollars and certainly it was not worth it! I found two hi end items which were better for less!
Buyer beware!!! They add cost at end and you loose your item and the money u paid if you don’t pay the extra charges.

The incompetency is staggering
They have typos in their framework, that I missed, 'cause I didn't think they would be imbecills, I stand corrected. So I called the CS, he fixed the typo in my order at least. I sent an email in Swedish to their CS that says customer service in Swedish (they mislead us - CS is only in english) to confirm it's been changed correctly. That "genius" Monique, that don't understand Swedish, changed back the text to the typo! Now it's gone to production and I will have a birthday gift with a big fat typo. If you wanna have an ulcer. Deal with this company.

I found that everything was excellent from this website! My wine glasses came perfectly packaged, and there was no damage at all to the glasses. The shipping process took about 2 1/2 weeks which I think is very good since it came overseas from the Netherlands to Canada. All in all very happy with the price, the product, and the delivery. Don't waste your time
I ordered a card, and it was dispatched on May 1st. Did not receive the card and reached out asking where it was. I was told to wait until the delivery window had closed. Reached out again after the window closed, and they told me it was probably lost. I was offered the option of resending, but I need it in the next few days. Waiting for my refund. Don't recommend.

They sent a completely shattered mug which was supposed to arrive before mother's day. They agreed to send a new one, but no compensation for missing mother's day. IF you order from here, order months in advance.

Poor packaging, lack of genuine care, still waiting for replacement - avoid!
Ordered arrived completely broken - provided images of the 2 broken mugs with lack of protective packaging - they apologised when I sent photos and said they will send some more out. As I was reading this I thought great - the they went on to say ‘and if original item is still usable then consider that as a gift- which was laughable as I could perhaps get 1cm of tea into the broken gift before it leaked the rest on the floor - which u undermined the first part of their email and shows a lack of customer care in reading the actual complaint and viewing pictures or / and it was an automated response - which is worse.
They said they have resent item out 4 days ago on 48hr Royal Mail and royal mail are yet to receive item - this was a gift for Friday the 2nd and even with the mishap they could have still reordered and sent out in time for that date but alas still waiting!
