Worst delivery service
I ordered the birthday gift for my brother with keeping in mind the expected delivery date. But even after 3 days item has not been delivered. It make no sense to get it delivered it now.
Never will recommend it to my friends and family. Waste of money

Excellent company. I received a personalised jigsaw as a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately after completing the jigsaw I found a piece was missing. After contacting a great Customer Service they sent me a full replacement jigsaw at no extra cost. Would recommend this company.

FANTASTIC QUALITY! -affordable and very professional
FANTASTIC!! I ordered from YourSurprise on a whim because I received a voucher -it was super affordable (even without a voucher) so I figured it was worth a shot. Not only was the ordering easy, and the delivery super fast, but the product (a memory game for my 4 year old niece) was in AMAZING QUALITY -And she loves all the personal pictures we could put on. It was such a big hit that we are ordering for all the other kids in the family!

Disappointing presentation
Rather disappointed with my personalized jigsaw puzzle. It is a gift so expected a traditional jigsaw box with image on front, but it arrived in a plastic bag inside a plain card container. For the price I paid I thought the presentation would be much better. The puzzle itself seems sturdy card but presentation is very disappointing.

Overall disapointed ordered a 3 piece present, arrived onli 1 piece. Contacted customer suport, they said it will send the missing pieces, 2 weeks later onli 1 of the missing arrived. Contactes customer support and they said that are unable to send the last piece by itself and refund me a fraction of the initial price. Would definetley not recomand and dont purchase again. (Product quality was good but nothing else)

cannot recommend anyone to use this online store. The website states that if we contact you quickly, errors can be corrected. I had created my own text and image for the gift and immediately discovered that there was an error. I immediately tried to call them, the phone number is no longer in use! Then I immediately wrote an email and asked them to correct the error before they processed the order. All this happened within 30 minutes of ordering. Only the next day do they reply to the email and say that it is too late! They offer me a discount code of 20% if I order the item with new text. Of course I would not dare to do that! I do not think this online store is serious!

AVOID! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Their delivery promises are false and their tracking is also false! After a few emails back and forward I have been told I will get my money back but I won’t hold my breath. The goods are coming from abroad and they are never going to come on time (or at all for that matter) as promised, so you will end up disappointed and possibly let down the gift recipient which is sad. I personally don’t have enough money to buy another gift for my loved one so I am gutted. So avoid if you want to actually receive your goods and not be out of pocket
