They suspended my account without any reason I requested many times to solve my issue they didn't respond to my email and they sent me a message the content was "SOLVED" ( This is an absolute lie they didn't solve my issue)

The management of YOUR SURVEY is irresponsible people they're telling you lies please don't trust them.

Very Poor overall. I was supposed to have a Survey on a friday, the surveyor went to the property and was apparently "rejected" access by the tenant when in true fact all that happened was the tenant said "oh i didnt know there is a survery happening today". Because the tenant said they didnt know (which they did, they had just forgot it was on the friday) the surveyor literally said "ok bye" instead of reminding or explaining the survey has been booked.

Also - when calling the company they answer with "hi, you're through to *name*" but don't mention the company so you need to ask "are you your survey?"

They called me for an update but when they called "Hi, can i speak to *name*" (pronounced my name wrong) so i said sorry you might have the wrong number, "ok bye" ??? At least call and say Hi its bla bla bla calling from your survey, can i speak to *name*.

Also the manner of respect from the team is appalling. Everyone speaks like they don't care, they NEVER mention who your speaking to (when calling them or if they call you, they never say its your survey) there is no professionalism and they have delayed my whole home buying process. Thankfully I have been refunded as they now have said they cant do the survey for another month...

I am a member of many survey sites. YourSurveys is the only one that consistently suspends my account for reasons that they do not make clear, even when asked several times. I recommend that you avoid them.
