What a joke!!?

What a joke!!?? Don’t bother booking with this agent because if anything doesn’t go to plan he won’t sort for you - he’ll just wash his hands of it and dump it on you. My dad and sister had a horrible experience with hotel room not being booked correctly in both Makkah and Madinah. Leaving them out of pocket and still waiting for a refund. What I was really shocked about though was the rude behaviour and attitude of Nizamuddin - no ownership or care… whatever happened to the ’customer is always right’ or customer experience.

Save yourself the hassle and find someone who cares about their customers!

Fraudulent review alert!

I just want to point out a VERY PERTINENT point here. There is just ONE 5 star review on trustpilot for this travel agent. How interesting, some would say even coincidental, that the reviewer Nizamuddin Ismail shares the same name as the agency owner…. What a coincidence… NOT!!! Avoid him
And his company like the plague - fraudster who does NOT deliver the service you pay for.

I mean why else would you need to be leaving yourself 5 star reviews….. joker

Stay clear of this travel agency

Stay clear of this travel agency. My elderly father and sister were left without a room on first day due to a delay in booking, no breakfast and incorrect room in Madina also and to make the situation worse, when he was contacted by my nephew, nizamuddeen was extremely rude.
What is the point of offering a service to help people perform umrah and haj when we clearly dont have the manners and respect of dealing with others??
Dont understand the point of a travel agency as he then was asking us to call the hotel and sort things out even though thats his job isnt it?
Overall a very disappointing service.
You would probably be better making your own bookings.
