YouSee has to be the most incompetent mobile provider in Denmark. The people who answer the Customer Service do not even qualify for having an IQ. I changed from Nordlys to YouSee and gave the exact date I would stop working in my old job when buying the new phone subscription end of May. I called on the day to check "Yeah...we can see it will happen today"...this was Wednesday 28/05/2025. Thursday all shut due to holiday. Friday they tell me that 3 was blocking this as I had indeed gotten a phone with them and returned it the previous week. 3 solved this in 3 minutes. Monday YouSee said that they were missing a document giving them the power to take over the phone. Document was sent to them and dealt with...it is Tuesday now and I still have no working phone. The Customer Service tells me to go to the store. The Store tells me I have to call Customer Service. I will probably end up getting arrested in this country for breaking down their store but guess what...nobody has answers nobody knows when I will get a phone and nobody cares about leaving someone starting on a new job without a phone. TOTAL INCOMPETENTS!

Had membership here one month.
They did not use my payment details to charge me. Instead they waited a few weeks and sent collectiva on me two months in a row for 850 each time.

They are the most dangerous scammers I have ever seen in Denmark. Just for changing a cable they charged me 1128 . Though I asked them twice before sending a technician do I have to pay for him . They replied no. Now when I asked them after I get the bill they denied that completely. They were saying you don’t have any proof of that so you have to pay the bill.

What a disgrace of a company. After paying for "world roaming" and being charged for it for over a year I have had 0 internet whilst abroad on 3 occasions and You See refuses to address the problem. What I do get is one big run around in a company with 0 customer service mentality.

recently called YouSee to temporarily close my internet subscription, with the intention of reopening it a few months later. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful and friendly. He offered the best possible solutions for my situation and explained everything clearly and patiently. I truly felt supported and appreciated as a customer — probably more than I’ve ever felt with any service provider before. Great experience!
Called to get some technical help. He couldn’t find the customer account although I gave him what he asked for. Then he said “ Please wait a moment”. After waiting 5 minutes he just hung up. What a sh***tty company!

I was a user of You See, and after 6 months after my subscription ended I switched to Telenor but You See continued to charge me for another 2 months after I was no longer their user. After I don't know how many attempts to prove this problem to someone from the operator, I met with understanding and that they made a mistake and told us that we would be refunded the funds, but that didn't happen, and after 6 months one of the operators told us that they found a debt for which they couldn't send me an invoice and that that was it. And when I asked to compare my payments to them with the invoices I have, they told me that it was not possible. You See, you are thieves, it is shameful what you are doing....

Depending on the subscription, Yousee customers are entitled to order products with a discount after serving 6 months of their subscription. It appears that Yousee is trying to make this ordering process as complicated as possible.
I have been trying to order a tablet multiple times in the last 24 hours. The website keeps giving the same error "Noget gik galt" and does not allow me to order the tablet even while trying to do this on three different devices. The same error occurs.
Today, I have been in contact with their customer service and the employee guaranteed me that the problem was resolved and that an email was sent that would allow me to finish the order.
As it turns out, the email has not been sent. More than 24 hours later, the website still gives the error when I try to order this tablet, even while trying different devices again.
It is difficult to understand how a company can have such a corrupt website and such an unreliable customer service.

I give Yousee a zero review. Very poor customer services and erroneous bills. I am so disappointed by Yousee. My smart sim subscription amounted to only 29kr per month and i gave a limit of 100kr per month. Apparently, i received a bill of around 2000kr which i do not acknowledge. This is shortly after termination. They refused to refund my other paid erroneous bills which i had to pay to avoid extra changes. They hang up calls on me several times and ignored my complains via email. And now, i have a pending complain over another erroneous huge amount after termination. I am so disappointed!

I called them for internet and they told me I will receive in couple of days and I can connect it and have internet. Even I told them that in your website there is a visit of a technician and thry assured me with 100% confidence that it is not needed. After all I got an email with delivery in 50 days and visit of a technician. That degree of wrong information is absolutely not acceptable and of course is unbelievable.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst possible internet connection (in Copenhagen, so good luck outside of the capital city) and even worse customer service of agents who have no clue what they talk about, confuse and never send written confirmations so their system pesters you with bot calls and emails. Stay away and use other providers

They did it again. I have been incorrectly charged for my last invoice once again. This is the third time in a row that I have received an incorrect invoice and had to wait more than 30 minutes on the phone just to speak with someone to get it fixed.
I called the call center on Friday, and after waiting 30 minutes, I finally managed to speak with someone—only for the call to end automatically without resolving the issue. I have been trying to contact customer service since this morning, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. I have spent hours just trying to fix their mistake.
As soon as my contract ends, I am leaving this company. Stay away from them!
