I just called them and politely asked if they could speak in English. 2 sec of silence and they just hang up on me.
So rude!
To all people looking for a new phone company, please go elsewhere. I wish I had chosen a different one. They have been charging me for months with a broken SIM. Its now cancelled and I'm still being charged. The customer service is beyond dreadful. If you are looking for a new phone/internet/TV company, 1) SIM won't work 2) terrible complaints procrocedure (I've spent hours on the phone and sending official complaints for months still heard nothing). I also used TV and broadband with them, and I shall never use them again and would like to warn everyone else I know the same. I'll probably keep being charged forever at this rate for nothing.
Every time we paid we had to pay additional 100 dkk for late payment. We never paid late. most of the times they delivered the letters with the payment to the wrong address and the emails to the wrong emails and after 100 calls where they "changed it" we still had our neighbours give us the letters.
The internet was awful btw.
I had a horrible experience with Yousee. My TV connection was not working because I had a Dutch tv, after I was reassured that it would work on any TV in Denmark. Then I called & they promised a free technician, and this technician only confirmed that it was because my TV was from the Netherlands and he could not do anything. Then, I got a bill for the technician as well as two months of 'connection'. After explaining the situation my bill was cut in half but I still had to pay over 800 DKK for nothing except a big hassle. Not recommended at all.
Jeg prøver at spille league of legends, men min ping er på 5000!!!
