AVOID THESE COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS!!! ...
We actually booked through Love Holidays who then used this third party company to book our holiday. We booked 6 months in advance to turn up to our hotel in Turkey to be told there was no room for us and the hotel had notified the travel company the day before. No communication and no consultation, they just dumped us in a hotel AN HOUR away that we had to then fork out on a taxi too after 14 hours travelling with 3 kids. The hotel we were dumped in was a disgrace, a quick look at the reviews painted the picture, everyone saying avoid ... Nowhere near the beach as we'd originally booked, no working lift, hotel was deserted, even the locals we spoke to first morning said they wouldn't stay there. Food was inedible, we spent the first 2 days with our cases packed and calling back to the UK spending hundreds of pounds on calls to try and be moved. Finally, on the 3rd day we were moved somewhere more suitable after fighting endlessly. I now have a phone bill as long as my arm for a 5 day mini break that turned into a nightmare and only a 2 day holiday. All we've been offered is £30 as a good will gesture! Absolute disgrace and a diabolical company, DO NOT put your money into these guys, use a more reputable company if you don't want your holiday ruined!!

Absolute nightmare of a company no…

Absolute nightmare of a company no empathy whatsoever just pure profit is their only interest. Went on a Nile Cruise which was always a dream and paid for all inclusive drinks but soon found out that the beers were poured from cans that had already been left open for hours or even from the day before in a non- refrigerated cupboard. Anyone actually paying for a beer actually got a full fresh unopened can but all inclusive guest had to settle with flat stale beers from opened cans. I raised this issue with the bar manager and you travel who didn’t want to know shame on them. Unfortunately there is no option to offer no star otherwise I would. Please consider these concerns before considering using this company

This company you travel are con ppl…

This company you travel are con ppl they will take your money.. For holidays.. If you paid for a holiday you didn't get.. The 3rd party ie best online holiday as to deal with it.. You will not get no where.. Please it's best to book holidays.. With company like TUI.. Jet2.. Thomas cook.. You might have to pay more.. But you will get compensated if the holiday was not what you paid for

i booked through travel monkey, i asked for disabled assistance never got it i had to sort it out myself, i asked for old town in benidorm got outer edge of benidorm, paid top dollars for terrible holiday lots of issues with holiday. i had lots of emails to holiday company they threatened to use the card details as they already had them, dont use them you will regret it.

The Hotel suppliers are useless

We went to labranda Hotel in agadir and it was the worst hotel I've stayed in. We were on the ground floor and the balcony door wouldn't lock, the toilets were blocked, mould on the ceiling and sockets. Furthermore, food wasn't labelled so we had no idea what was in it. (For evidence, go to trip advisor and see the review and pictures for Labranda Hotel in agadir) They sent a rep from a company called meeting point as they don't have a rep at the hotel, she took notes and said she'll come back to us. Youtravel offered us a change of accommodation as well as free evening meals at the Al carte restaurants. We said we would except but we wanted to check the rooms before we upgraded due to the havoc on our first day. We checked the rooms and the only difference was a bigger TV. They also gave a room with just a double bed which was crazy as I had our 7 year old son with me so I needed a triple room.

Again, we went down to reception and told them the issue, they told us to wait for the rep. We spoke to the rep who had tried contacting them but hadn't heard anything back. She told us to try make the most of our holiday in the meantime. She finally heard back from them the following evening, by that time, we only had 3 days left of our holiday and didn't think that it was worth it, especially since they took so long trying to sort it out the first time and got our hopes up. We're still trying to find a resolution and have to go through the booking company.

I took time writing an essay and all I got back from them is a generic response asking me to go through the booking company. All this back and forth is seriously frustrating. I know now to ask who the suppliers are before booking a holiday and if its youtravel, I will be avoiding.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I BOOKED MY HOTEL AND PAID IN FULL, ON THE DAY I AM FLYING OUT THEY EMAILED ME TO CANCEL MY BOOKING TO SAY THE HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED.

NOW I AM GETTING A FLIGHT IN 6 HOURS TIME WITH NO HOTEL BOOKED AND NO REFUND SO I CAN BOOK WITH ANOTHER HOTEL.

TOTALLY RUINED MY HOLIDAY.

Youtravel is one of our suppliers which we deal with on a daily basis. I find the team very helpful and fast enough with replies compare to other companies we work with.
Lately i had come across a massive issue with a Giata code that was coming from YT - identical codes for 2 different hotels.
Youtravel was very helpful since the start and ended up moving our clients to the property our clients originally booked through us and they covered all the extra costs for this. Such gesture was well above my expectations. Thank you Youtravel!

Happy customer

This is my second time booking with Youtravel, have always found them to be friendly and helpful. The admin team are always prompt with any queries I have. Also great that no matter what time of day it is, there is accessible support especially in case of any (inevitable) emergencies!

Update!!!!!! on this review after talking to you travel extensively I have come to the conclusion that this person Mehmet was possibly using you travel without their knowledge I have been informed they will be looking into this matter....Well done You Travel for straightening this matter out

We went to alanya numa bay Hotel absolutely loved the hotel and we went with on the beach I cannot complain about either of these the stay was beautiful...but Mehmet who works for star holiday services and you travel is a liar and what Mehmet promises for the excursions never happen every excursion had hidden extras Mehmet never told us about and Mehmet was charging different prices within the hotel on one of the excursions we paid an extra 15 euros each compared to other guests and considering there was 6 of us we were rather annoyed and Mehmet wouldn't give us a refund I swore I would write him a bad review but as I said this doesn't reflect on the hotel. Once again do not trust or book any excursions with Mehmet he actually spoiled our holiday because I got very angry at him which I didn't want to do my holiday was supposed to be relaxing

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN, paid £2600 for 10 nights in Rhodes via LOVE HOLIDAYS, Had no idea that YOUTRAVEL were the booking agent. Arrived at hotel and was given a room with no windows, when I complained to reception, they advised that I had paid a special PROMO price, we hadn't of course but i'm now sure that, Love holidays did pay a much much lower rate to you travel who passed this onto the hotel, so the hotel things we'd booked a budget room! when I complained to Love holidays they said that I didn't contact the you travel rep inn the resort.. We were never given the reps contact details so assumed we didn't have a rep, I will never book through love holidays again or Youtravel.

Due to a positive COVID-19 test on the day of departure I had to cancel my holiday to La Palma.
I was devastated. Tried to get in touch with Love Holidays with great difficulty and the nightmare started.
I became ill and had to isolate for 10 days so dealing with the possibility of amending the dates was far back in my mind.
After two weeks I decided to get in touch with YouTravel, the service supplier of Love Holiday.
I spoke with Elena, one of their customers service advisor. She listened patiently to the facts and she assured me straight away that the dates could be amended. During my interaction with her, she showed empathy and the willingness to help by doing so my nightmare with dealing with Love Holidays came to an end. You Travel should treasure this advisor and praise her for an outstanding customer service.

Very helpful

Booked a holiday through love holidays but the booking confirmation said you travel. I googled it and became very concerned after reading all of the reviews. I emailed the hotel to check my booking the day after I made it and they confirmed they hadn't received the booking which heightened by anxiety even further. I rang you travel direct and spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed my booking and told me not to worry as it was being sent though today due to booking over a weekend. She confirmed she would ring me back the next day and she did, the hotel then confirmed my booking and there were no issues upon arrival at the hotel. They are probably the most helpful holiday company I've dealt with and actually got to speak to a human being rather than a computer chat. I'd now recommend this company and have no issues booking with them on the future.

If I could give this company minus…

If I could give this company minus stars I would. I booked a holiday through Travel Republic in February 2020. I found out that Youtravel handled the booking. When I turned up at the hotel Roc Costa Park Hotel Torremolinos in March, the hotel was clearly not ready to open. Both swimming pools were locked and a man was painting the walls of one.Outside the pool was a notice which said PROHIBIDO. There were no sun loungers and just one outdoor table even though the temperature was 25 degrees. I did not stay one single night there as it was so depressing. After sending 2 registered letters to TR requsting a refund I have received nothing not even a courteous reply.

Appauling company, NEVER USE!

I've had the worst experience with this company ever!

Me and my best mate went on a holiday together (Magaluf) and we booked though these.

We was given a box room with a single bed when promised a double room.
And when i complained it took them 30 days to reply to me and all i got was ' we apologise on behalf on You travel'

Never chose these.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting! They deserve minus stars if possible.

Messed up my booking and instead have accused me of swearing despite the fact that I had my 18 month son with me.

They are rude and liars!!!!! Love holiday uses them so please be aware of both companies.

Appalling- I’d give 0 stars really.

Currently trying to get a refund from this company- booked a hotel with them only to turn up at the hotel and be told the hotel is full and no booking existed and that they had rejected the booking several days earlier, youtravel chose not to inform me and instead just kept my money. Have not been given a refund nor was I offered an alternative (travelling with a 9 and 10 year old). Awful awful customer service and I’m reporting to the relevant organisations as I’m pretty sure the law protects consumers from having money taken from them and then providing absolutely zero in return! I recommend for your own security you do not part with your money if this company is involved.

Absolutely disgusting I booked through on the beach which our hotel was sorted through these so called company we went to dedeca sea resort in Rhodes Greece booked as 4 star for 4nights 5 days on arrival the hotel was like nothing we had booked it was horrible got checked in went to room well it smelt disgusting like human waste well coz we was that tired we went to sleep when got up next day we found our self looking over a human cesspit not to mention the state of the room there was mould in bathroom bedroom everything this cost me 2 grand not worth a penny food was in inedible we had to eat out we had no hot water for shower staff rude I complained several times and got no ware this COMPANY OFFERED ME 100 pound compensation I DO NOT THINK SO DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL HOLE

My mum and her then partner booked a…

My mum and her then partner booked a holiday with love holidays in November 2017 for him to leave her in the January and them permanently split after 13 years. The holiday was booked with his name as lead but paid fully by my mum with her card. When we came to change the name on the booking so she didn't miss out so we were then to put my name down as a replacement, love holidays did this straightaway but YOU TRAVEL refused to change the name. They did not give reason and also stated my mum could not check in either even if she travels alone and me on my own booking. Changing names on bookings happens all the time but some how this was refused with no reason given. No apology No email NOTHING. Absolutely disgusting .. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. This meant 5 other people also had to cancel as we would not go without her with my sister losing out fully on £1200 pound and two children heartbroken .
