I ordered merchandise almost 2 years ago and never got it! After many emails to them I still never got the item nor did I get my refund! Save your money and NEVER order from them! Terrible business practices! Shameful!

Only one star because it’s the only way to join the ever growing list of other people that spent money yet didn’t receive my order. BUyER BEWARE. Ordered November 2021 - never have received.

I made a purchase in November 2021 and have yet to receive it. I contact them and sometimes get an answer about delayed shipping, but lately I hear nothing. Because the amount was under $60 I can’t use credit card company to deny payment. Got scammed!! Shame on me.

On November 2021 I spent $139.99 with Yo-yo Holiday. Today is June 7,2022. They keep telling me that my order is on the way. To be patient. I paid for fast shipping and insurance. I requested a refund and haven’t seen it yet. I have given up. So please don’t trust this company. I got scammed. Don’t waist you time or money. Believe Me. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Maybe. Crappy company. No responses for offered refund. Do not do business with them.

It is unbelievable that this bogus company is just taking thousands of dollars from customers hoping to receive merchandise they paid for. Thankfully I only bought one Waldorf doll, with clothes, for $48.06. ( I was also going to buy one for my granddaughter.) How do these people live with themselves? How do we take them off the internet? I'm sorry for all those thousands of people who have been robbed!
(I of course wouldn't give them any stars (why would I...I have nothing for my money)but that is not an option.) I do believe that Karma is no joke, fake yoloholiday store!

Totally Fraudulent Company. Took all of our money with no intention of ever shipping the product. So disappointed. This was a special gift for my granddaughter. Can’t get a response or a refund. Do not buy from this company. Should be shut down

I also ordered before Christmas and still nothing, tracking number bogus. Asked for my money back and told it is on the way. Really! Next Christmas. I won’t ever order from them again.

I ordered for Christmas and never received the doll or an email about any delay. I have emailed the company several times and all they say is for me to be patient! I have asked several times for a refund and they still haven't! I'm very frustrated and will contact my bank...This joke of a company shouldn't be able to get away with scamming people.....

I ordered 2 dolls on November still not here and it’s March . I have messaged them over and over . This should be illegal because it’s stealing !!!

SCAM. Zero Stars. Fake over-seas “company” feeding off of the American consumer. Sad waste of time and money. Do not be foolish like many of us have.

I ordered five Waldorf dolls for my granddaughters in November 2021, but have not received them. I've emailed them at least four times but have received no response. Clearly, they are scammers. It would be like lighting your money on fire.

Do not order from YoYo Holiday Store!! I placed an order on Dec. 2, 2021. It is now Feb. 15, 2022. I have never received my order. They do respond to my emails and state "do not worry" and that their "logistics company" will reply in 1-2 days. Of course there have been no replies!!!! What a waste of money!!

I ignorantly ordered 3 of these precious appearing dolls for our granddaughters well ahead of Christmas! February 7th..several reach outs and put off..now completely not even able to email!! Shame on people! Too bad choosing low life functions are accepted and I totally blame myself for believing

The only reason they have one star is that I had to pick one to leave a review. Still have not received the doll I ordered have reached out three times now. Only response is it's in the mail. Buyer beware.

I wish I had researched the reviews before making a purchase on this site. I attempted to reach someone in Customer Service several times requesting delivery status and then a refund. I’ve received no response and it’s been two months since I placed the order. I was provided a bogus tracking number. They need to be stopped! The one star rating is for having a convincing website to lure unsuspecting victims.

Absolutely the biggest scam going!!! Buyer BEWARE do not buy from this website. Item ordered back in October 2021 and still not received 3rd February 2022 and will not answer emails or refund!!!!!

Do not purchase from YoYoHoliday. I ordered a Waldorf doll for a Christmas gift and never received it. Finally had to contest the charge with my bank.

No estimated delivery date was provided. I tried contacting customer service 5 times and also never received an answer.

ZERO stars! Ordered 2 dolls in November and haven’t received them. There’s no phone to call and email address is bogus. I have 2 disappointed little girls. I even let them pick the doll they wanted. Shame on scams like this! I’ll never get that money back but hope no one else orders from this sham!
