If we could go MINUS -10 here I would/ STAY AWAY

If we could go MINUS -10 here I would. Purchased a high end YSL XL shirt from Woodbury commons store. I wore it one time, washed it and it shrunk to a toddler size and was completely destroyed. I was told by the manager that I should have looked at the instructions" "its on the tag" its on the label" etc etc dry clean only etc..
A lot of Clothing does say dry clean but is definitely still washable. I should have been made aware at the time of my purchase that the shirt would be destroyed if washed.. I was not told that..Paid $400 for the shirt and to be told they refuse to do anything for me by the manager Yvonne McMillian that she would do nothing for me is really pathetic especially since I took a 50 minute trip back to the store with my receipts etc..I WOULD NEVER TO BACK TO ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT EITHER.

“I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from YSL. I bought a bag for 10,000 AED, and within less than eight months, the leather started to deteriorate. When I contacted customer service to request a replacement, they refused, stating that the bag was already eight months old. I expected a high-quality, lifetime bag, but the quality was far from what was promised. This will be my last purchase from YSL, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I hope YSL improves their customer service and product quality.”

Amazing in store experience

I had a brilliant experience in the SLP store in London.
I found the team to be incredibly helpful and attentive, answering questions I had an ultimately I left with a purchase of some new boots.
Really happy with the quality of the product too and I have found they are holding up well.

Terrible quality for the money

Terrible quality for the money, after spending £555 on a small envelope clutch after a mere 2 uses only carrying a phone, lipstick and comb the inside writing is rubbing off which makes it look cheap, nasty and fake, loyd steward who had my bag for over 2 MONTHS didn’t honour their warranty at all, basically said there’s nothing we can do and just sent it back!

Shocking behaviour and attitude and the bag, iv had primark bags under £10 that are better quality.

No way am I letting this slide, a small claims court application it is!

Horrifying experience at YSL New York - Lies Lies Lies

Horrifying experience at YSL New York. I was lied to about products being shipped "priority overnight" to be delivered to Florida the next day. It never happened; the goods arrived 4 days later. The staff continued to lie to me about the goods being delivered. Had people waiting for 12 hours. Just lie after lie. When I produced the facts from FedEx, the manager, Alex, tried to tell me, "Well, you didn't pay for the shipping anyway, we did". This is after spending $10,000. He was outrageous. Then I came to TrustPilot and found out this is par for the course for YSL, and it happens to everybody. NEVER AGAIN. They also lied to my wife and shipped her a torn purse. The only thing that YSL has working is charging credit cards. How can YSL allow this store to represent its brand? How thoroughly disappointing this whole experience has been. MASSIVE LETDOWN.

Quite a fashionable and I would say…

Quite a fashionable and I would say expensive brand of clothes, but guys you haven't ever worn something liek this before in terms of quality. I recently bought here a jacket from YSL, thought that it was all about brand and the price was so big just because it was a hyping bradn and all that, but no. When you check materials that were used to create this jacket, when you wear this jacket, you understand for what you pay. It was a very expensive, but a very stylish purchase of mine.

Shocking service

Shocking service, can't comment on perfume
Order never arrived, i received email from evri that it was damaged (probably stolen, but thats another story), i had to contact customer service several times. No responce via email. Had to call them up few times. No one was really interested. They made me wait 3 weeks for the refund when they saw that i didnt receive it and it supposed to be a present. Shocking service, will not order again. Also confirmed by phone that there were not free samples included in my package which they advertised with every order. Would never use them again.
Also when i left negative review on their website, they sent me an email saying that its been moderated and they cannot publish it. Clearly do not want to see negatives and not willing to improve. What a joke of a company!

Ysl bag such a disappointment

Very disappointed with the material of leather ysl bag it was discolorated in just a few time wearing it in 2 months .and the chain marked the leather destroying it. The bag was very expensive 3000$bag . Not worthing at all for the material ( lamb skin) . I talk with the costumer service they sent my bag for repair and they repaired the descoloration of the bag but not the mark made from chain. And the girl that was assigned to represent me at first was friendly and nice but when i complained about her because she was not updating me in 2 weeks for the status of my bag she was upset and mad with me why i was complaining about her and her attitude were let’s say not friendly any more . But the brand and the material very disappointed. Never buy a ysl leather. Not worth the money

Poor customer service and scam
I purchased a foundation since the 30th November 2024, I email customer service no response. I put a review on the website they removed it and said it doesn't meet their guidelines. All the review are not accurate because I wonder why my review isn't allow while I have purchased a good and still haven't received it.

Shocking service from a 'luxury' brand...

Shocking service from a 'luxury' brand
- It has taken 6 months for a bag strap to be fixed.
- No feedback to why there has been a delay or apologies.
- When bag was finally ready to collect I travelled to the store & the incorrect strap has been attached with no one from the in-house atelier service available on a Sunday to speak with.
- I was told someone would be back in touch with me the following week to rectify & that the strap I had requested was not possible on my bag (I have an older version of the Loulou bag and had requested an adjustable strap to wear at shoulder length rather than hip length, which was agreed & confirmed).
- 2 weeks on I'm still awaiting for the issue to be rectified, i've had no apologies from YSL & have had to escalate with the brand to support in getting further feedback.

Totally shocking - avoid!

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a complaint I previously submitted about a pair of Saint Laurent glasses I purchased that broke shortly after. I left them for repair, but the estimated time of two months seems excessive.

YSL Birmingham were amazing

YSL Birmingham were amazing!

I had the pleasure of being served by Salina who sold me my first YSL clutch bag which I love! she spoke to me about the different leathers, how to keep and eye on the bag and everything - she also gave me her number in case I wanted to contact her afterward - I will def be contacting her in the future :)

After Sale Service

I went to deposit a handbag for reparation at he Champs Élysées store. The welcome was formal as expected but a bit cold. The wait time was acceptable. The person in charge with after service was helpful . In summary the experience was in line with what they should offer but nothing overwhelming.

Received a used belt with damage

Ordered a belt from YSL. The belt was carelessly thrown in a box without any hardware protection and no tags. Belt has scratches on them and looks used. Customer service was useless and did not handle the situation properly. I’ve bought from YSL before and this was the worse experience I’ve received from a luxury brand. They lost a longtime customer.

Saint Laurent Hong Kong - clearly not a luxury experience

I bought a bracelet early 2024. The bracelet kept falling from my arm so I brang it back to the Hong Kong shop. They had to send it back to Saint Laurent in France for repair. It came back and they said that they cannot fix it and offered an exchange. I had to top up to buy a new bracelet which was more expensive. After a few months, the new bracelet had completely oxidised. I brang it back and they said that they cannot fix it and offered a new exchange. There is a nothing else I'm interested in and honetly speaking after 2 bad experiences I'm requesting a refund. After weeks of communication with such a bad customer service, their answer is always the same "we cannot do the refund". They are responsible for the problem, they don't take their responsibility and they are even not able to explain the reason why they cannot refund the money. This is the worse "luxury" experience I've ever had.

The most awful experience I've had with…

The most awful experience I've had with a luxury brand.

I've shopped with Kenzo, Armani, Burberry, Balenciaga, etc. and I have never experienced such awful customer service, a poor return/cancellation policy, and issues with shipping.

I ordered the item on Wednesday, and had countless issues with the website so I was with their Client Services line for an hour. The express shipping should've had my parcel delivered on Friday, but then they canceled my order, and I had to reorder on Thursday, leading to my package arriving way later than expected, certainly not intime for when I needed it by. They told me they could not refund it, or have it ship any faster. What an awful brand. Shop somewhere else, I promise it's not worth it.
