Horrible experience
Horrible experience, they kept saying that my charge card was fraudulent even after I verified my identity on some weird 3rd party site and still gave me disrespect even after I entered all critical information as requested, no nick names and I still wasn’t allowed to get service from these people. I have no idea why this platform has over 4 stars

We are obligated to only process orders that meet a certain "risk" score and if the score exceeds that level, the only way we can process it is if the customer verifies their identity using the 3rd party tool, withpersona.com - a service used by many big, familiar companies.
Since both the credit card name and billing address did not match the information you provided when you verified your identity, we unfortunately cannot move forward and process your order.
If you want to place an order with us, you can either use cryptocurrency (and enter any information you want in that case), or re-order again, but please use your real name and billing address.
