I had to get in touch with YuLife…

I had to get in touch with YuLife because silly old me lost some coins and you were very helpful to me retrieving these.. i am so grateful for that as I’ve been saving them for a long time for a good course and for that I gave you 5 stars as you were the best help in the world.. I can’t fault you at all.. doing YuLife has kept me sane over the past few weeks.. Many Thanks for all your efforts I’m so grateful

I loved the communication and the care…

I loved the communication and the care given. It is really nice to meet people who do the job really well and who went above and beyond to help resolve my query. I do really appreciate it and hope Elisabeth gets some recognition for the great service she has given.

It was good until they changed their…

It was good until they changed their points system. Those with other commitments that canny do big long walks due to kids etc are now screwed points wise. And before you reply "we appreciate the feedback" I'm sure you do. Haven't used it since the change and if you're effected by this negative I urge you to stop using it as well.

To respond to your reply.
You've taken away the choice. It should be a choice how people want to earn coins. If someone wants to use meditation to help their mental health more tha. Physical they shouldn't be penalised. You've done it because you know it'll save how much you pay out because people cannot commit to the Physical side like the mental side. Don't spin a story about it being "for the best of the consumer"

We’ve also made the step challenges much more accessible by decreasing the top benchmarks for step challenges. Their now much more family-friendly, so if you’re out for a walk with the kids they can get involved with YuLife and your daily challenges.

Not a truthful update

This is yulifes comment on challenge update. Steps will require fewer steps while streak earnings will dip slightly, they will be offset by larger step challenge rewards.
OK your wording of offset isnt truthful as you have taken away coins. You give 100 less coins ever 5 days for a streak but you can get 100 coins every 5 days by doing the long walk so thats the offset. What they havent told you is that you lose 20 coins a day for doing the meditation for 30mins. So its not an offset, you are losing coins. Either be honest about it or dont say anything at all.

Great addition to employee wellness

YuLife has been a great addition to our team's employee wellness! We have used the app for Team challenges (and rewards) and it has instilled a sense of overall well-being.
The rewards system is seamless and the vendors are superb! I would recommend to any team!
