Prodotto ricevuto difettoso da parte del venditore appena ricevuto ho subito contattato mi hanno detto che sarei stata contattata nei GG successivi ho dovuto chiamare io per capire cosa fare morale devo restituire il prodotto perché ricevuto difettoso e devo nuovamente pagare le spese di spedizione ,personale poco empatico e poco cortese nei miei confronti non mi è venuta incontro per niente molto delusa.
Ho fatto un ordine sul sito di Yume Konbini a fine maggio, è arrivato nel giro di una settimana, tutto ben impacchettato e protetto e con anche un codice sconto all'interno. Anche i prezzi sono ottimi, comprerò sicuramente di nuovo in futuro!
