The sleep gummies work wonders for my 8 year olds! Bedtime wasn’t easy, they would constantly come downstairs and wake through the night till we tried the gummies! They take them An hour before bed , they love the taste, they go to sleep easily and peacefully and sleep the whole night!!!

Waste of money
I have been taking the vitamins twice a day for a week as recommended and it has caused me to break out all over my face. These Yumi vitamins contain biotin and after doing some research I’ve found out that biotin can cause acne. They do not warn people that this can be a possible side effect! I have sent an email to them about this and they do not care or refund. Disappointed and would never recommend Yumi nutrition.

It is generally deemed safe as long as you are not exceeding the recommended amount. If you are noticing any allergic reactions, we strongly advise to stop consuming any supplements and consult your doctor.
We do not have sufficient evidence to suggest that taking biotin supplements causes acne. However, we do care about our customers' health and wellbeing. The full list of ingredients and supplement facts is available on both our website and on the bottle label.

I have tried a few products from yumi nutrition and have been really impressed and wasnt disappointed with the probiotic, Very tasty and has really helped with bloating, I was looking for a ne probiotic and glad I found this one. There were no side effects finishing my old probiotic and starting this one the yumi one is very tasty as well no unpleasant capsule very happy

Two weeks use
Its only been a couple of weeks but I can definitely notice a huge improvement. My bloating has diminished and my appetite has too and more importantly my overall digestive health has improved drastically.

Yumi Gummies are Yummy !
Gummies are delicious and after a week of taking 2 gummies a day (as recommended) I already feel less bloated and my general digestion has improved. Tastes great & does me good
I use nearly all of Yumi’s products from the gut health to CBD to hair, skin and nail gummies. They taste lovely and I can tell they are benefiting me as well. Mostly my orders have arrived quickly but on the one occasion there was a problem it was resolved really quickly which I appreciate.

I purchase the apple cider vinegar gummies and the CBD gummies, and love them both!!!! Really easy to eat, tastes lovely. I was not sure at first about the CBD gummies but both myself and my husband found we had a great nights sleeps and felt well rested when we took it just before bed.
Thanks, shall be purchasing again once we run out.
