Did not receive textbook but was still charged

I ordered a $102 textbook from yungjunk.com and I waited weeks to receive it. Didn't receive it after about 3 weeks so I wrote in a complaint that I want my money to be put back in my account if they are not going to send the book to me but they still charged me anyway. I ended up buying the book at school and I'm down a $102 because of this website. I have since then told eveyone I know not to use yungjunk.com. They scam you out of your money.
