These guys are professional scammers, it's not like other fintech where you get to disagreement with them no they are legit scammers, these guys suspended my account with funds without any warning then when I threatened to take legal actions they DELETED my account and when I tried to login it registered as a new one with its balance wiped clean and they pretend like they don't know what going on, I filed a report to Noah their virtual accounts provider and will escalate it to the highest authority possible in the EU, the customer support is the rudest I've ever seen in my life and they are lying to your face, I've never been scammed by a company before, it makes sense, they are based in Cameroon, they don't have functional email or phone number, they can't even use proper English. Stay away and actually if you have the power to do something about these scammers don't hesitate

Don’t even give it a trial because they are thief’s . I deposit 5000ghc to my account and in few minutes they money was nowhere to be found and all customers service could tell me is that they can not do anything about it . Please don’t even think of giving this app trial

This is the transaction I sent to my wallet but money has not been credited. Took more than a week to even respond and did not even know what they were saying.

After about 2 weeks when I follow their ai prompt ticketing , They came back and ask what is the issue with the this ticket and never heard from them again. Just gave up. Glad wasn't much I tried with.

Had a Pending USDC deposit but this took over 2 days to be reviewed by 'Noah', I eventually got my money but common, 2 days is ALOT of time

Am Deborah, I open an account with them and they it was fine and later had money inside, they log me out with my funds inside without proposing an alternative for withdrawals, the team are disrespectful, rude and very impolite, I have my money stuck inside till now no message from them, the email on the app is not working, the two phone number one belonging to Cameroon and others which are both not working, no problem is resolved with them, once you get logout just forget about your balance it’s gone for good!!!

Good my account block with funds inside since 4 days now, they refuse to propose a withdrawal nor allow me access to the app, they have the worst customer support ever and it’s a scam banking system runs by Africa Cameroon, you can check the phone number on the contact, the app is a waste of time and it’s worst than covid19!! There are other fintech out there but yunlen once you get kick out they won’t message you or notify you on what to do!!!

After using the virtual accounts, I must say I love the service. It is not bad

I signed up and went through their lengthy verification, which is acceptable. I transferred funds to my US DOLLAR account which by their policy, is deposited into a USDC crypto account. I since have been trying to transfer my finds into my US account from the USDC but with no luck. Their low behavior unprofessional customer setvice chat support person (Kuekeh from what i can see) keeps telling me "check now" with no luck getting my money cleared. They are a scam. For the past 3 days, their chat session has been down, their business email is not operational and there is no way to get through anyone. They have only 1 chat support person who works in odd/hit or miss hours. Do NOT sign up with these defrauders! You will lose your money
