I've been a customer for many years, back even when they still sold makeup products. Everything they offer is well tested and very high quality.

I have tried the Calming Spray at night before bed and I believe it has helping me relax better. Tonight I will try the oil on my chest and feet.

I love the products and have been a customer for over 20 years.
I am not happy about the $11 flat shipping. That is hefty and discourages customers from ordering

Love using the Raspberry Vinegar for my hair! It feels softer and lighter after use and it smells soooo good!!

I have been using Yves Rocher products since 1984, because my French girlfriend shared/gave me products she brought with her from home.
I've noticed that there have been significant changes in the company's policies and procedures especially the past 6-7 years. Some have created a little sadness for me as a customer.
I always share my love and appreciation for YR with my girlfriends here in the Chicagoland area. I feel that YR is worthy of my time and patronage. I appreciate the soy based ink used on all the printed materials, no testing on animals, growing your own lavender and other plants at the company's own farms in France, the fun discounts, and remembering me on my birthday and anniversary, best of all, I've never had a skin reaction. I have very delicate skin, and allergies.
I am quite disappointed in the way my order gets delivered to me the last 6-7 years. The products are not protected/secured in the box and the box itself is not sealed well. I've had to call and complain that products must have fallen out of the box in transit.
My other major complaint is that trying to get a phone representative is nearly impossible. It took me 3 different trys, ringing/waiting on hold for a combined total of 20-30 mins. Very irritating/ frustrating, all the time, every time I call the past few years.
But, I love YR that much that I'm not going to give up on being on customer. I'm glad I was able to express these opinions because I was wondering if YR didn't care anymore what we customers thought/ felt.

Good website and somewhat easy checkout. Wish you still sold makeup and nailpolish though!! Very disappointed that you stopped selling those products.

My auto shipments come in a timely manner and are always in perfect condition. Have been a customer for many years (1989) and I miss the special little touches Yves used to do.
