I ordered from them before and everything went fine. Now that I ordered again, I am beyond frustrated. 3 weeks went by without my order arriving (mind you, I live in the same country as them!) and I my three e-Mails, two etsy messages, and one instagram comment all went unanswered. The phone number in their impressum is invalid, too. I will cancel my order and go to Paypal for a refund.

I ordered from them online and I haven't received my package, the seller stopped answering my emails and DMs and I had to take the matter to PayPal. Very disappointed!
They have also tried multiple times to delete my Google review under defamation.

They do not send the order and ignore all emails and messages. They also managed to removed my review from Google.

I ordered dice sets from yvisnerdandgeekworld in July 2024 and faced a three-month delay. My attempts to contact the owner were largely ignored, and my questions on their Discord server were deleted. After my review I received an email stating the package had been delivered (without prior tracking info). After further correspondence, I was given the tracking number, which showed the package was only sent out a few days before delivery. The poor communication and treatment made this an extremely stressful experience. Not recommended.

This shop owner is definitely not worth spending your money on. I'm starting to doubt that the good reviews here are even true. I bought two sets of polydice in July, after a friend told me they had nice experiences with this store at conventions. Sadly it turns out the same can't be said for online orders. I have been fully ignored for 2 months, with 5 attempts to reach out over two different online platforms. My dice never arrived, I was never updated. After my first mail I got an automated reply the next day that my dice had been 'shipped out'. No tracking, no mail from DHL to confirm. I ended up waiting another month and a half, all while never getting a response when I would politely ask if maybe there were troubles with the sets, shipping, personal life... It seems a third of people have the exact same experience according to other reviews. I'd say; don't risk it. She may be nice and put care into her work at conventions but the same cannot be said about her online store. Don't put yourself through the same frustrations that I did, only to have to ask PayPal for a refund.

If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. Never received my order, never got any replies to my emails. A friend of mine bought dice from them at a convention, so their products are nice, but their service is terrible. Don't order here.
