Excellent Service. Swift turnaround. We have been experiencing a few issues with our phone lines, We contacted Z1 to look at other options open to us. Within a couple of days, Mitch installed our new VoIP phones quickly. Very approachable and friendly! We were fully installed with new phones within a couple of hours - everything working a treat! Professional all the way! We have been working with Z1 since 2010. Thank you to the Team, seamless from start to finish.

We recently upgraded our telephone system with Z1 Telecom, a company we have been with for a number of years and have chosen to commit to them due to their ongoing commitment to us, they are always on hand to help with queries raised. We recently had a new system installed. The system incorporated three difference sites and they are all now linked together. The whole process ran smoothly, the engineers were great, would definitely recommend Z1 Telecom.

We had our installation on 14th December by Mitch, extremely friendly guy, nothing was rushed, explained everything very well and no amount of questions were too much trouble for him to answer, Rich has just left us after our training session...once again, nothing was too much trouble for him either, extremely informative and answered any queries we had. This company seems to actually care for their customers from the very start, both Mitch and Rich couldn't say enough times to let Z1 know they are always there for any problems we may come across or any questions we may have in the future..which is good to know.. thanks Guys!

Fabulous service. Mitch installed our new system over three days across our two depots. He was extremely efficient and polite, ensuring that all our requirements were catered for and nothing was too much trouble.
