Great service, this was our 2nd installation from Z1 as they offered us an upgrade. We were lucky enough to get the same engineer both times, Mitch was very knowledgeable and helped us learn how to use the new system

Z1 came to us ahead of our scheduled switch when we encountered issues with our line. They were very quick in delivering the hardware and Mitch the engineer got us set up and working very fast and professionally, sorting all our snags along the way. Would recommend!

We have just had our new business telephone system changed to Z1. Following a couple of meetings with Steve, he left us alone to make our decision. There were no harassing phone calls that we had experienced from other potential providers. Compatibility surveys were carried out against our existing system. When the date of installation came around Mitch carried out the works with no interference to our working day(s) Nothing was too much trouble for Mitch. We have just changed to Z1, and I have to say I am already very happy with the service. From Steve, the salesperson, to Andy, who did the installation. Steve is someone you want to do business with, and Andy spent two days with us, and nothing was too much trouble.
He worked hard to ensure everything was good for us and we understood everything. He did it in a very pleasant manner. All in all, we are very happy. Thank you.

Great guys, great service!

As the maintenance engineer for a large care home, I just wanted to write a quick review. We've been with Z1 for a number of years and have always been very happy with their service. Any problems have been quickly resolved. We've just had a new system installed which went smoothly with minimum disruption. Engineers Mitch, Andy and Dan are alway professional and happy to assist with any queries. Also a shout out to Claire in tech support, always on the end of the phone if needed.

Excellent service from start to finish - all services explained in full , efficient installation (mitch) and virtually no disruption moving from BT to Z1

Our company has been with Z1 for a number of years, we recently renewed our contract with them and had a full upgrade of our phone system. The install was carried out exactly how they said it would be, Mitch and the team did a great job with no interruption to our day to day business and gave us training to ensure we were happy before they left.

Fantastic service from Mitch and Andy at Z1 for the upgrade of our phone system. The installation was quick with hardly any downtime. Mitch provided excellent advice on how best to use the system to match our needs. I would highly recommend Z1 to other businesses looking for a new or upgrade of their phone system.
