Very nice guys who did a great job in four hours. Would have been perfect if they had listened to me and installed th towel racks BEFORE the cabinet/wash basin base was installed close to the wall.

I’m planning to replace around 130m² of exterior flooring and contacted Zaask to better understand the potential hidden costs of the service. Unfortunately, instead of offering any specific information, they just pointed me to a general page on their website, which is vague and highly subjective.
I explained that I needed a quote to evaluate the costs and decide when I could move forward with the project. Their response was simply to direct me back to that same page, saying that providing a quote involves costs for them. While I understand that generating quotes can come with some overhead, this response contradicts the messaging on their own website — which prominently features phrases like “Make your request without compromise” and “Receive multiple free quotes.” In fact, there are at least three different buttons or sections on the site offering ways to request a quote, all suggesting the process is simple and free.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with Zaask’s service and find the experience misleading. Based on this, I’m unlikely to contact them again.

We bought a kitchen at IKEA, and on Thursday, 13 February, the kitchen was installed by a Zaask team, so we thought. Later, we learned that it's not the Zaask Team that installed the kitchen but a company that does the work for them. Zaask was recommended by IKEA. They called "Nuno" to make the first appointment.
We're not happy with the way the kitchen was installed. We saw this when they had already left. In addition, they broke one of our backsplash tiles when drilling into the wall. We could see that the kitchen was not level. The doors didn't fit well. These were amateurs who installed our kitchen. I emailed Zaask about this and sent photos of the kitchen. They informed us that a professional (this is their word) would contact us to come and look at the kitchen. This was on the 17th of February.When I still hadn't heard of Zaask, I emailed them on the 10th of March to ask when the professional would come. They sent an email with a phone number asking me to call them. I let them know that on the 27th of March, IKEA would come by to take measurements for the countertop. The kitchen had to be ready by then. Nuno from Mariano Transportes & mudancas, from the same company as the other men, came on the 26th of March. He told me that the kitchen was alright and that only the doors had to be adjusted. He gave me the impression that we were exaggerating. He offered to do something with the broken tile so that it would look better. I declined because I didn't trust him to do a good job. The next day, IKEA did a good job of placing the countertop after leveling the kitchen. They told us, Zaask still had to place the faucet, water connection, and the hob in the kitchen. Nuno must have known this. We tried to make an appointment with Nuno, but he couldn't. After sending a message on the 3rd and 8th of April, we never heard from him again. We had to let someone else finish the kitchen for us so that we could go on with our renovations.

They obviously take care in choosing the people they are going to recommend. That is a strong positive.
Very disappointed with both the service received and the attitude and refusal to sort out problems.
First, we went with Zaask as Ikea recommended them as being able to do any additional work beyond just putting the kitchen together. When the fitter came to survey he assured he had plumbers, electricians and implied a whole team worked with him to offer an integrated service. He agreed to fit the kitchen, fit a new under sink hot water tank, get the necessary electrics added for induction hob etc.
however, when it came to the fitting time, first it was delayed, then there was no electrician - and we had to find one at short notice and high cost or nothing could progress. The cabinet fitting was generally ok, though he was extremely messy, using a circular saw in the house while we were out filling it with dust! But many corners were cut, and the plumbing was very poorly done. We had to get him back and back for persistent leaks. Eventually he just gave up. I had told Zaask that no, the job was not complete, and please don’t pay him yet - but they did, so that was that. O had to get someone else in - who took one look at the mess and redid it all. The water heater had been plumbed in backwards - hot feed into cold and vice versa, hence the leak - and danger of explosion! The extractor fan had the wrong size of hose and was so noisy it was unusable. The hooks was held up by a couple of screws with a few turns - and vibrated like crazy.
Now the counter top has sprung up from a join which has burst as it was not properly joined. To all this Zaask just claims there is no problem with the fitting.
I had a trusted builder look it over - and he just shook his head and said “that’s why I never use these kind of fitters”.
All in all a thoroughly bad experience, and Zaask has no interest in helping now they have the money - just trying to fob it off on Ikea products being faulty. I will be very careful to avoid Zaask in future.

I am very angry with this reschedule business!
I had booked with zaask for 3rd July and all was confirmed.. I have the countertop people arriving on the 6th for the measurements.
zaasks sends me a reschedule date to change for the 10th..I refused and said no.i cannot do the 10th, to keep the 3rd July ..they ignored my request and without my consent, change my installation date for the 10th! I didn't even know about it until I see that they did it auttomatically.. I sent the installer a Message explaining but all he sent a message saying, hi not possible 3rd! this is not Ikea standards at all.. I have always bought everything with Ikea and never have I had an issue before..

Very bad communication. You can email WhatsApp or call but it’s impossible to get a response. I have been waiting just over a month for my kitchen to be finished. I wrote to them 4 days ago, then again 3 days ago I then called the next day and emailed and messaged today, no response…. Avoid, very bad

I contracted 2 services through the site and both were excellent.
I have no complaints from the professionals who contacted me I just think that the fact that registered professionals have to work through a credit system limits the contact with the client. Perhaps it would be better if depending on what the client is looking for a list of professionals who offer the service and the client will contact them directly through the page without having to wait for someone to respond.
I think is a relatively easy way to find who provides the services we want.
