Please do not do business with them. I got intrigued by the low price for the annual check up of your therme and they came completely unprepared, without any documents. Later I asked them to do some reparations on my therme and there was simply no end to it. The lady on the phone is never in the office, and she postponed my appointment with them 5 times!! I was shocked by the incompetency. When they eventually arrived they told me they have no idea what they are supposed to do. They told me my therme is a hazard so they need to shut it down, again without any documentation or protocol. I asked their assistant to please send me the protocol per email. It's been one month, she hasn't answered since. I had to get another company to repair the therme for me. I have never dealt with such ignorant and incompetent people. If you value your time, please do not engage with them.
